NIST College review

My branch is CSE so in first year they are teaching C programming which is a very good choice of programming language to study as it builds logic and ideas. course is same as every other college nothing fancy.

IN our college the highest placement this year was 23 lakhs froom CSE branch and lowest was 2.5 lakhs and avergae placements were 5-7 lakhs. But very few get selected many of are unemployed or get very low or no offers

the tution fees i am paying is 90000 per semester in one year for 2 semester its 180000. The caution fees is 5000rs, registration fees is 500rs, admission fees is 10000rs and all other lab and library all sorts is included in tution fees. As i am from general caste i didnt apply any scholarships

Our college hosts Sankalp which is a tradtional and tech fest both which happens in the month of november and also does kurukshetra which is a sports event for students who can showcase thier sport and skills.

The hostel fees is 40000rs for the whole year and mess fees is 4500rs per month. The rooms are very like typical hostel rooms nothing fancy. The mess food is worst like shit doesn;t feel like eating only edible on sundays which they serve biryanis

I choose this college because its a very decent college and regionally recoginized as good reputed college. My father recommended me to join this college knowing about this college from friends and relatives. Admisision process was easy and straight forward

The faculty student ratio is good like not bad and teachers are very helpful and make are friendly to talk exceptions are there too. Can't name any faculties but there are very nice teachers . Few are like often considered as hitler. Exams are moderately difficult one can ace by studying a day before the exam. almost 30 to 40 percent people fail in exams

Their is gym, 3-4 libraries, 2-3 small food dhabas in campus also outside of the campus these amenties gets closed after 5 pm also one can goo outside the campus but have to come back within 9 pm. ITs coeverd with night lights also is considered generally safe in nights to roam.
