What Students Say

Likes

Good faculty, supporting and encouraging staff, good and supporting friends.
Good and clean environment, greenery everywhere and a very calm and naturality everywhere.
Good classrooms, labs and encouraging faculty, they always try to give us information about skills.

Dislikes

There is nothing that bad about this college that i disliked.
That is the only thing that is a bit improvement field where the college need to work upon.
The placement skills are also given correctly but more companies need to visit the college.

I am passionate about coding. So this is the main reason why I thought that computer science will be a very good stream for me. They inform about so many courses and introduced programming languages also.

Internships Opportunities

Internship is not yet done by me because I have just completed my 1st year. But internship knowledge is provided by the college faculty members. There are many projects also that we have to take up in the 3rd year which we know by our faculty members.

Placement Experience

Most of the students become eligible from 4th year. There are many companies that visit our college like Infosys, Adobe, phone pay,etc. The highest package is 45 lakh and the average package is 10 lakh.

Fees and Financial Aid

The complete cost of 1 year will be one lakh. As I live in a hostel my hostel fee will be 60000 and the mess fee is 25000. I am currently in nss and have many certificates also in that. SSP scholarship is available for engineering students.

Campus Life

The annual fest is called as verve and is celebrated in our college for three days every year. There is a wide range of sport facilities available in our college. NSS is the social service and also a subject for us in our academics also.

Hostel Facilities

The hostel facility is good. We are provided with a table, chair and lockers to keep our belongings. Meal quality is good. Registration process is done by the Warden. The location of the hostel is JSSATE Girls Hostel, Srinivaspura road.

Hostel Fee: INR 85000 per year

Admission

I took cse through kcet and I got this college. They give reservations sometimes. When I entered the college I went to the admission section and they helped me to complete the admission process even ghough it took a bit long time.

Placement Experience:

Students in my college have a very good amount of campus placements where students become eligible from the final year 7th semester however the placement cell starts training from the 1st year means 1st semester itself like training for aptitude test, coding and mock interviews. Top it companies like TCS infosys, wipro, Accenture, capgemini, cognizant, IBM, tech mahindra mind tree. The campus receives 300+ offers. The average package 8 - 10 LPA and highest package 54 LPA. Every year 90% students are placed. After my degree i am planning to higher studies in abroad.

My College Story

Course Curriculum Overview:

The course curriculum is generally detailed and aligned with industry Expectations but there is still scope for modernisation in certain areas.Overall i would like to rate 8/10. The syllabus include both theoretical and multiple lab components which ensures hands on learning. The practical labs like programming work and project with learning help students understand how concepts are applied in real work places. A few theory heavy subjects feel outdated and no longer match the current industry demand this could be revised or replaced.

Placement Experience:

Students become eligible for placements from the 6th semester, but the overall placement scenario in DSCE for CSE is below average. Not even 50% of students get placed in good companies. Most students end up getting offers from mass recruiters or in sales and non-tech roles. Only a small percentage of top performers get decent technical packages. Companies like TCS, Infosys, Wipro, Capgemini, Accenture, Cognizant, and a few mid-tier companies visit the campus, but the number of high-package, core-tech roles is very limited. The average package is on the lower side compared to other top COMEDK colleges. Because of this, many students plan for higher studies, certification courses, or off-campus drives after completing the degree. The on-campus placement support definitely needs improvement, especially for technical roles.”

My Honest College Experience at CIT(Cambridge Institute of Technology)

Placement Experience:

The students who are studying in 7th semester ( final year) are eligible for campus placements but before that in 5th semester there is pre placement training like aptitude everything. Top companies visit for placement like TCS , infosys, wipro, accenture, capegemini, IBM, techmahindra, Mindtree. Average there are 150-250 offers. Average package is 7-8 lpa. The highest package is 54 lpa at botify company. 85 % of students get placed at cse branch and ai amd ml and civil 30 - 50% . Overall 80% students gets placed. My plan is join a top product based company liek google with a good life.

A complete discipline with education

Placement Experience:

The placement are good average packages 8 lakhs highest packages 35 lakhs and the companies include Google ,Microsoft ,service now companies and usually internships are provided as students become eligible for internship after 3rd year percentage of students getting placement 80% my plans still not yet decided
