THE BEST UNDER THE PRIVATE CATEGORY

i chose this course because i wanted to do computer science and engineering . I am a lateral entry student who had done diploma earlier so I took the admission in the second year of engineering . CSE here is very famous so i chose this course you will find a large number of students with a large number of faculties Faculty are highly qualified and they teach by giving the relative examples which makes the student to understand the concept easily exams are regularly taken. Every month you have to give the theory and practical exams and it is not that difficult

WIPRO partner companies and mohali local companies provide internships to cu students which is good but you need to pay for getting into the internship program and trust me its just a program not the desk job feeling I dont know much about the projects because i didnt opt for internship programs

By the starting of the 6th semester you will find companies coming here for hiring But i must say campus placements is very much difficult here because of the crowd approx 5000+students (only in cse) sit for the campus placements which is very hard and INDEED THE PLACEMENT IS JUST AN AVERAGE HERE Highest package is about 30 lakhs approx I think only 30 percent students are placed as of now !! and its just 2 month left for the 8th sem exam . So you can see how bad is the placement I will definately build my skills and will look for master program from central university

MY total fee approx 4 lakhs which is 1 lakh 30k a year. Just because i availed the scholarship so my fee structure is like this. actual fee was 1 lakh 80k . every year they increase the fee by 10 or 15 k. CUCET IS THE SCHOLARSHIP YOU CAN also you can find student loans and for jobs you have to look by youself

Annual fests and hackathon took place timely and regulary . This is the university for the students who likes to party all the time .Cultural events and fests are pretty fantastic here so full fun here!!! CU FEST IS THE MAIN FEST HERE central libraries and departmental libraries is here with about 5000+ books Classrooms are very good with proper ventilation and airconditioned Sports activities are just average. Not for sports lovers NCC,NSS are very much active here

Eligibility of the course is 12th pass or its equivalent where you need atleast 60 percent score Application form and application fee are present on their website . application fee is 1000 . and then you need to give CUCET exam which is their university level exam for entrance which is a formality If you score good you will get the scholarship Reservation is there for punjab SC'S AND ST'S
