Course Curriculum Overview
I took this course because I got rank according to it. The faculty student ratio in my department is about 1:50. The faculty are highly qualified and they own 2 or 3 phds and they have lot of teaching experience. we have 2 term exams, one is mid term and other is end term and it's quiet easy to pass.
Internships Opportunities
The internship opportunities are very good in the campus, but due to recession it's decreased. Technical roles and manager roles are offered in the internships. The projects should be moderate to get a intenship and the outcomes are pretty good
Placement Experience
From semester 4 I'll be eligible for placements. Companies like American Express, Carl Zeiss etc. visited us and the offers are like 14L, 15L 18L etc.. the percentage of student placed depends on the department but the overall percentage is around 70. My plan is to get a job and no more study plans.
Fees and Financial Aid
The cost to study is moderate while economically backward section students have fee consession and there is no fee hike,it's the same fees every semester and every year. I didn't get any scholarship and financial assistance and I'm a 3rd year student so I didn't get any job too
Campus Life
There are 2 fests in our college one is ragam and the other is tathva, which are cultural and technical fests respectively. There are lot of books available in college library . We have good lightning, benches , projector etc in our classroom. The sports are extracurriculer activities are highly motivated by the institute. The clubs and associations are also very popular in my college.
Hostel Facilities
We have fans, cupboards, mirror and tables and chairs in our room, and there are 2 people per room . We have 24/7 water supply and good ventilation and environment to study also. The mess food is average, but depends on the day and meal to meal the taste varies. The reg process is via hostel app . It costs a bit higher to rent pg so I preferred hostel.
Admission
I have wrote JEE exam and qualified for this college and cutoff was about 9000 AIR for non homestate students and the application process was pretty simple through online JOSA councelling and the other one is CSAB .
