Course Curriculum Overview
Our course curriculum is very robust. The faculty members we have are highly experienced. We have one of the professors from Japan. A lot of professors we have have written famous books and research papers. Their teachings are highly valuable. Any YouTube or other online sources cannot replicate the knowledge we get in class. We have live case studies and projects through which we study. Professors are highly qualified in their respective fields. Additionally, for every course and Faculty, we get to give anonymous honest feedback for continuous improvement of faculties and curriculum.
Internships Opportunities
Summer internships are available with big companies like HUL, GE Healthcare, Mondelez International, Google, Dr Reddy Laboratories, Icici Bank and many more. Roles of every domain are offered. In addition, We are offered an extensive preparation kit to prepare for every domain and gain knowledge of every domain
Placement Experience
Campus placements of DMS IIT Delhi are better than baby and new IIMs for sure. Details about highest and lowest package can be referred in the DMS website. The data keeps upgrading every year. On average, students get a package of 25 lpa. Our college is known for 100 percent placements and experiencing such great summer internship opportunities with companies like HUL, Google and Mondelez International , I have no doubt about companies coming for final placement. After all, it is IIT DELHI.
Fees and Financial Aid
The overall fees for two years is around 11.2 lakhs which is less compared to many IIMs. IIT Delhi is known for high quality MBA Education and high ROI. Investment we do is worth. For toppers and scholars, there is complete fee waiver that is awarded. Financial assistance is given to people who can't afford to pay the fees. Scholarships can be availed by scholarly students
Campus Life
Rendezvous is the annual fest of IIT Delhi and Tryst is the tech fest of IIT Delhi. Parivartan is the name of annual fest which is specific to DMS. Being an IIT Delhi student, even if from management department, we have the access to all the IIT Delhi ecosystem and resources. Fest is amazing. A must experience for all students. Admission
The admission process was very streamlined. Students who appeared for the CAT examination were eligible to apply for admission into DMS, IIT Delhi. The application form is available on the DMS IIT Delhi website. The application fee for a Core MBA in DMS, IIT Delhi is 1200 rupees for registration. Being in the top 5 B-Schools as per NIRF Ranking, DMS IIT DELHI has a certain minimum CAT cutoff percentile which is required to get into DMS, IIT Delhi. You must score an overall percentile which is 90+. One thing about DMS, IIT Delhi is that it does not consider sectional cutoffs, it considers overall cutoffs, essay writing, and personal interviews.
Interview Experience
After getting shortlisted for DMS IIT Delhi via cat examination, we have to fill a highly extensive application form which also contains essay questions to know about our personality. After getting shortlisted on basis of application, we have personal interview round. There is a lot of focus on extracurriculars during the personal interview process. They highly value what you have apart from academics. Academics is a necessity but having good co curricular has extra points during personal interview process. Don't forget to carry your certificate file. And yes, wear formals during the interview to look professional.
