The campus life is excellent and memorable for my whole life.
Some of the teachers have a very good knowledge.
The facilities of our college is good more than other colleges.

Dislikes

Some teachers have bit knowledge about their subject.
Account department staffs are lazy and not punctual about time.
The placement number of our department is less.

Course Curriculum Overview

The course curriculum is avarage as compared to other departments. The subject are easy anyone can pass easily by studying in a routine. The faculty members are good and supportive. Some teachers have great knowledge about the subjects of BCA.

Fees and Financial Aid

The fees structure is good and affordable. The fees structure is less as compared to other colleges. The campus jobs are average. The campus placement is average because the average pakage is not good as compared to other colleges.

Campus Life

Campus Life is good as far my experience. My batchmates are excellent and they make my campus Life enjoyable and memorable. Also the campus and infrastructure of our college is good as compared to other institutions.

Admission

The admission is easy in our college. The admission is done on the merit of marks scored in previous academic class. There is no entrance exam for taking admission in BCA. But after admission there is a CBT test for admitted students. So overall the admission process is easy.

Placement Experience:

Students are eligible for campus in the last i,e 8th semester before that their not eligible for campus placement Conpanies like Tcs , Capgemini, tech mahindra, accenture etc visites the college for BCA placements The average offers ranges from 4-6 lakhs per annum the highest was around 12lakhs The highest was 12 lakhs per annum from Accenture and lowest was 3 lakhs per annum by tcs The student percentage is around 80 percent of then get placed while some also pursue higher studies My plan is to pursue Mtech from abroad and then eventually get placed at a nice company

The great experience at BIMS

Placement Experience:

After completing 2nd semester the students are eligible for campus placement. Tcs wipro has visited our college. They also arranged job fail in their campus. Around 50 to 60 percent stdents got placed. I should prefer to have higher study after completing BCA.

The placements are really nice. Every year, a large amount of students are employed by Tech Mahindra, CTS, TCS, Wipro, etc. all software giants. The starting salaries are also decent. Most students get placed, but 100% placement has also been achieved by the college now.

Firstly, I like computers and I want to have more knowledge about computers so I can choose BCA. The all teachers and staff are so supportive and we all love our teachers and they always love and give very good knowledge of this subject. Every six months we get a Semester exam but every one or two months after they take a simple test on our separate subject.

BCET Durgapur.Good campus but bad faculty and placement opportunities.

I say this earlier. First of all my JEE rank was little bit low, so I can't get any govt college. And at that time the CSE fees in almost every private college is arround 4 lakhs. But they asked high donation. Which was not affordable by my family. So I choose this college. Also I hear all private colleges are same.we have to do everything by ourselves. Faculties don't help us properly. And for admission you have to give WB JEE entrance exam. Other than that nothing. Also you can have a direct admission....Read More
