average infrastructure in some areas : while the overall infrastructure is decent some student report that the campus can feel crowded,espically during peak hours.

in this collage experince about our collage is first of all i started from sports section i would like to play basketball and football both the ground and coat was good info to play and in our we are joining nss club.

in this collage my brother was graduates in 2017 in Bachlor of technology in information technology department. and the rating of this collage was good at that time thats why i choose this collage. (BCET)

Faculty

Faculty at BCET : Experince and qualified faculty : BCET has a team of well-qualifiedand experienced faculty members,espically in the engineering and management departments. Student-faculty interaction : the faculty member are generally approachable.

Night Life

The nightlife around Bengal College of engineering and technology located in Durgapur, West Bengal is quite different from what you might expect in larger metropolitan cities, but there are still some enjoyable option for a student who want to unwind after a long day of classes.

Practical edge across depths

Placement Experience:

From 7 semester students become eligible for campus placements . TCS, Capgemini, EY , Amazon etc offers varies from 1-2 lpa Highest paid was 12 lpa and average is 1-2lpa According to google 90-98 % students were placed. I am planning to sit for placement and get a job

GOOD College at low fees.

Placement Experience:

Placement of my college are quite good with a avg package of 6 to 7 lpa and higest package of 45 lpa and this year the higest package is 75 lpa. The companies visited in my college are infosys, Capgemini,tcs,wipro, Mindtree,IBM, sometimes amazon also.The placement rate of the college is 85 to 95%.

Course Curriculum Overview:

the cirricullum is quite relevent and comprehensive . BTECH program especially CSE includes specializations like data sciene , cybersecurity, IOT, etc . Exams are held twice in a semester . the college could include hand on learning through workshop , industry project and interships .

our college average package is 600000 per Anum and highest package is 1800000 per Anum according to recent data. and 80% of student got placed . And wipro , windows, tcs , siemens , tata like companies come to our college for placement. Core students are also got placed but many of them goes for hihger studies.

STUDENTS CAN GET VARIOUS INTERNSHIP OPPORTUNITIES FROM THE THIRD YEAR. BUT IT IS ONLY FOR THE TOPPERS. THERE ARE MANY STUDENTS WHO WORK HARD AND GET INTERNSHIPS BY APPLYING OFF CAMPUS. THE PLACEMENT CELL ALSO DOESNT WORK MUCH TO PROVIDE INTERNSHIPS FOR STUDENTS.

My experience about techno

Placement Experience:

From the 3rd year onwards , students become eligible for internships and stepping in 4th yr , students get eligible for campus placement. Techno provides decent campus placements according to your marks. Good marks also with skills get you better salary. Minimum 7.5 cgpa is mandatory to have you sit for campus placements. The lowest package is 3.4 LPA and highest vary but students also get 14LPA easily. Wipro, tcs ,cap ,gemini, amazon , ibm etc.

The prosperous and happenning university - West Bengal University of animal and fisheries Sciences

Placement Experience:

After 6th semester student become eligible for the campus placements. Amul(GCMF) , Mother Dairy, Vidya Dairy, Bhagirathi cooperative, Wamul, ITC are the company's visited and they provide good packages according to the students work in interview. After getting the degree I would pursue my hair studies in Mtech Food Technology from IIT or go to MBA course from IIM. My main goal is to get NDRI National Dairy Research Institute which is top institute for imparting dairy and veterinary courses for MTech Dairy Technology. 70 to 80% of the students are being placed and the packages very from 20 lakh per anum to 40 lakh per annum. After getting BTech degree most of the students preferred to go for higher studies and job. Research line is open for our course. Most girls prefer higher studies and research line and most boys prefer for job.

BCET Durgapur.Good campus but bad faculty and placement opportunities.

I say this earlier. First of all my JEE rank was little bit low, so I can't get any govt college. And at that time the CSE fees in almost every private college is arround 4 lakhs. But they asked high donation. Which was not affordable by my family. So I choose this college. Also I hear all private colleges are same.we have to do everything by ourselves. Faculties don't help us properly. And for admission you have to give WB JEE entrance exam. Other than that nothing. Also you can have a direct admission....Read More
