Chandigarh University honest review

I choose this course as it is popular and trending . There is 1:70 ratio . Most faculty are doing PhD while teaching and also most of them are good at teaching . After every unit there is an exam and there are 3 units after third unit there is final exam and exams are quiet easy but not the checking .

Chandigarh University in 2023 included Microsoft, Google, Amazon, IBM, Arcesium, Adobe, Deloitte, Morgan Stanley, Qualcomm, Philips, Goldman Sachs, Toshiba, etc. But for internship they provide only trainings and summer internships which I don't think is of any use . I prefer to find it yourself and try to get referrals in companies for internships . Project in stream of computer science domain are very popular these days , and one can avail internships with all these

From ending of 6th semester and begining of 7 th semester students are eligible to fill the forms for in campus placements. Many famous companies like Google,microsoft Flipkart , tech Mahindra ,TCS etc . Visits at Campus placements and approximately 1k offers are made , but during ression period these values are changed . Currently 400-500 students are placed in the crowd of 4000 students means only 10 % placements but with an average package of 8 lpa. My plans after the completion of degree is to take good placement from this campus .

Fees is little high but it's private university so there is scholarship scheme for reserved , army belonging , and also an exam through which one can opt scholarship . Financial assistance is good ,I mean you will be provided with many scheme if you are unable to pay whole semester fee like there is education loan, bank loans , and many other

CU fest is organised every year in even semester, And tech fest are like you will get tiered of filling forms but tech events will never end . But the main tech fest happens twice the year. Libraries are hub of readers ,each and every books are present for every stream . Currently ac ducts are installed in every classrooms , Cctv's are provided , smart class with projector but the furniture is not soo good, sometimes clothes get stuck and torn up due to bad table and benches. Sports is also good recently two all India inter University rugby and wrestling games happened in University. Extra curricular activities are well organised, if a person wants to join any community he/she can easily reach to dsw(department of student welfare ). Ieee group is famous for tech enthusiasts and nss,ncc clubs are for army lovers .

Needs 12th percentage above 75%. And there is an online cucat exam only for scholarship purpose . Every details are mentioned on Google . Yes there are reservation benifits provided in college brochure. I think it's quiet good to take admission like this because those students like me who didn't got better rank in jee can also opt this college
