Remarks

Besides engineering the college also provides different commerce and arts department. Dress code needs to be removed at least.

Entrance Preview

I came to this college after securing a deserving rank in WBJEE 2014. I wanted to study engineering and got a chance to this college through e counselling. I study in the department of ECE.

Course Curriculum Overview

ECE not at all a boring course but rather we made more caring friends. We have nice updated kits in our laboratory. Also we have supportive teaching staff indeed.

Internships Opportunities

Internships are fought for and earned by personal merit. We apply to professor of different college through mail and work on different projects every year.

Placement Experience

Placement is quite satisfactory as we have an active all day working TPO. Companies like TCS Cognizant SAP Labs and Capgemini mainly visit our campus with an avg package of 3.5 lacs per annum.

Fee Structure And Facilities

Our annual college fees is 69,000 × 2 which comes out to be 1,38,000 rs including hostel. But i am a local so i opt out of hostel.

Faculty

We have hard working teaching staff and HOD, professor and assistant professor in each department. The standard of teaching is quite interactive and modern.

GOOD College at low fees.

Placement Experience:

Placement of my college are quite good with a avg package of 6 to 7 lpa and higest package of 45 lpa and this year the higest package is 75 lpa. The companies visited in my college are infosys, Capgemini,tcs,wipro, Mindtree,IBM, sometimes amazon also.The placement rate of the college is 85 to 95%.

Nearly or almost 100% students get placed from IIT KGP, irrespective of their branch. This is the beauty about it. Placement Experience:

The placement statistics are off the charts, with 367 offers being made to 361 students in the recent edition. The student can seat for internshps offered by diffent companies that visit th campus in their pre-final year, while they are eligible to seat for the placements in their final year only. Apart from this there also other restrictions for seating in the placements like Cg should be above 8.5 and there should not have been any disciplinary charges against you, etc. The companies visiting the college also have their own preferences for selecting the students. In 2024-25 the highest CTC is nearly 2.5 crores p.a. offered to a student of CS branch. The EC department getting the most number of offers i.e. 73.
