I liked the environment of the college, students are focused regarding their lives.
Seniors are helpful, they guide towards placement as well as of campus opportunities.
Faculties are polite and kind, solve doubts.

Dislikes

Product based companies don't visit the campus.
Gender ratio is not equal, mostly males make the campus.
Infrastructure can be improved, classes can be improved.

Course Curriculum Overview

Faculty ratio is 10:1. Faculty members are polite and try to teach in the best possible way. Exams are of moderate level and are organised in regular basis, which aree organised by the university, MAKAUT.

Class Size: 65Course Fees: INR 92000 per year

Placement Experience

Placements start from the 7 th semester (fourth year). Companies like TCS, Wipro, Nutanix, Informatica visit the campus. Highest package is 29LPA offered by Nutanix whereas average is 3-5 LPA. 80% of the students get placed.

Fees and Financial Aid

The fees hike was high in the last two years, increased by 30-40% in two years. The average package is still in the range of 3-5 LPA, since mostly service based companies visit the campus. External Scholarships can be taken by candidates.

Campus Life

Annual fests are organised in the college. Infrastructure is pretty average but sufficient. Library can be improved, only traditional textbooks can be found. Classrooms have projectors. Different types of clubs are managed as well.

Admission

I took WBJEE for the entrance exam and achieved a rank of 37K, the cutoff for B.tech ECE is 30K to 75K ranks in WBJEE. Candidates with Physics, Chemistry and Maths in their 12th are eligible for joining the college.

GOOD College at low fees.

Placement Experience:

Placement of my college are quite good with a avg package of 6 to 7 lpa and higest package of 45 lpa and this year the higest package is 75 lpa. The companies visited in my college are infosys, Capgemini,tcs,wipro, Mindtree,IBM, sometimes amazon also.The placement rate of the college is 85 to 95%.
