Remarks
We had to clear NEET to get admission. There are 3 types of seat - state quota -50 seats and reservation applicable (total fees around 13 lacs and cut off almost same as govt colleges), management quota -77 seats (total fees 54 lacs and cut off around 20-30 marks lesser than required for govt colleges) and NRI quota-23 (fees around 1.5 Crores)
Course Curriculum Overview
One thing u can be sure off is that we have top notch faculty. Most professors are as good or better than government college professors and have extremely good grasp on the subject. Each department has around 8-10 professors, so basically each prof teaches 1-2 chapters at Max , mostly in accordance to their specialisation. The term tests are quite difficult to pass however as final papers are made by the university itself, so these difficult term tests help u prepare for the finals.
Internships Opportunities
As internship is already included in the academic course for the last year of the curriculum, there is no need to work for it in that sense. We have internship program in our own hospital attached with the college, in Beleghata ID and in Subhasgram block primary health centre
Fees and Financial Aid
In my academic year, the fees structure for state and management quota was 13.5 Lacs and 54L However, due to recent fees hike , it's 18 lacs for state quota and 72 lacs for management quota . There is Swamy dayanand saraswati scholarship available though
Campus Life
Plexus is our yearly fest and it's a gala event . The library is quite well equipped and the reading space is where u actually prepare for the exams. Sports and extra curricular activities like debate workshops, flashmobs are held very frequently We have clubs for every possible extra curricular activities - u name it and we will have it
