Course Curriculum Overview

4.5

Cause I love the subject from the core of my heart. Faculty is enough to take classes here ... Most of the faculties have their post doctoral degree and they teach us in a good manner such way we can understand them easily... There are two semesters in a year and after 3 months there is a mid semester and end of a 6 months there is a end sem ... After 2 semester there you passed a year ... And it's quite tough to get pass in the exam

Internships Opportunities

2.5

Look I am a 1st year student so I don't know about the internship. Till now I am a merely child here so it's normal . When I will get admitted to the 3rd year I will get to know about the internships .

Placement Experience

3

Here 40 percent of students get placements and other ones go for higher studies. The highest package is 85k and average package is 25k.i will pass the jam entrance and get admission in an IIT for MSC. Then for PhD.

Fees and Financial Aid

The fees of here is too low and yes I get a svmcm Swami Vivekananda means cum merit scholarship which helps me in my financial situation hope there will be a hike in the fees in future but that would not be so much miserable.

Campus Life

5

There is no annual fest and tech fest ...but we have our workshops every year and there are a few programs which we commemorate with the Maharajs of here . The classrooms are here are smart classes. There we have extra sports class and period which we have to attend for attendance...and yearly annual sports programme and kirtan and songs and Gita reading and mantra chanting and yoga and so on ...there are no social group clubs and website for students run by students here ...it is highly prohibited here for time wasting task

Hostel Facilities

2

Here in the room you will be provided a single bed and electricity line and a fan. The meal I have from the college cantin and I will give it 7 out of 10. Registration process for our mess is nothing but look yourself for your own mess

Admission

You have to get a minimum cut off in your subject in higher secondary exam and a minimum cut off marks, decided by the college, in other science subjects . Then there is a website of the college named as RKMVCC website... You can go there and check for the admission exam dates and results and any other type of doubts can be cleared there and there is no reservation seats ...and any improvement I want is to get it more fast during admission after selection in merit lists

Other Applied Colleges

Bidhan Chandra Krishi Viswavidyalaya - [BCKV] | Bachelor of Science [B.Sc] {Hons.} (Agriculture)

I didn't get direct admission through hs result

Course Curriculum Overview:

The curriculum was well-structured, and each semester, there were projects and presentations that also helped to test our knowledge. I got influenced as the curriculum provides us with financial economics, political economics, and Applied mathematics. The level of the exams was decent, related to the course. They could improve in teaching more practical knowledge and projects related to that, instead of only learning in a theoretical way.

Placement Experience:

Placements and job oppurtinities are less since this is an undergraduate college offwering honours degree. Though there is a placement and career councelling cell that looks over this matter. Placements are offered only in a few subjects, such as industrial chemisrty and computer science. The rate of placements are very high and come with high packages. Though I am not interested in placements, but I have started taking preparations for compititive exams. Such preparations are very supported here, rather than jobs and placements.
