Course Curriculum Overview
I chose the ECE course in IIITA because my rank was not too good to get another course. The faculty-student ratio is 1:30 which is not so good.All the faculty is well qualified from prestigious colleges in the country. In terms of exam, we Component 1, Component 2, and Component 3 i.e., C1, C2, C3 in which C1 is for 30%, C2 is for 30% and C2 is for 40%. The exam is in between moderate to tough range.
Fees and Financial Aid
The cost/fees to study is approx. 1,50,000-2,00,000 for general students. And for scholarships, once you get into the college they will convey the information via your college email ID. Campus recruitment starts in the 4th which is quite good.
Campus Life
The college life on campus is quite good although the campus size is not large but is sufficient for the number of students we have here. So to enjoy college life to the fullest we have clubs for example we have a photography and videography club called AMS(Acoustic and Media Society) and many more. Then we have an annual fest called Effervescence which is held in between December-Janunary. Then we have a technical fest called Aproksha which is held in March. Then we have lab availability till 2 A.M. and library till 10 p.m.
Admission
So to get into government engineering colleges you have to give JEE exam. So, I started my JEE preparation from class 12th.The eligibility of the course is you have to get under 99%tile to get into IIITA. To apply for JEE you get the form from official website of NTA.So, now are details of reservation benefits if you belong to the sc/st category you have to get 93-99%tile, for obc you have to get 98-99%tile to get into IIITA.
