- Academics are good and the faculty is nice. Good classrooms and lab facilities.

Dislikes
- Crows. There are a lot of crows and they shit on you a lot
- It rains a lot, like a lot. Prepare to get drenched without an umbrella
- Classes can be quite hectic and very packed.
Course Curriculum Overview
The course curriculum and faculty is one of the best in the country. NITC is one of the most prestigious universities of the country and it did not fail to meet my expectations. The curriculum is rigorous and on par with international standards. The faculty are highly qualified and efficient.
Internships Opportunities
I haven't done any internships since I am a first year. But there are a lot of internship opportunities available. It is compulsory to do an internship in the third year. Apart from that there are lot of summer and winter internships.
Placement Experience
NITC has good placements. The percentage of students getting placed are high. The average is around 15lpa and the highest was 48lpa. The placement statistics are good. NITC students are recruited by top companies.
Fees and Financial Aid
The tuition fee is 125000 per year for students with annual income above 5 lpa, two third of the tuition fee is omitted for those with annual income between 1-5 lpa and the whole tuition fee is omitted for those with income below 1 lpa. There are also many scholarships available for financially backward students. Loan facilities are available. The university has a high placement rate with good packages.
Campus Life
The campus life is amazing. There is a substantial balance between academics and cocurriculars. NITC hosts South India's largest cultural fest "Ragam" and technical fest "Tathva". There are plenty of clubs ranging from academic to cultural. NITC also has hometeams. The classrooms are well equipped.
Hostel Facilities
The hostels are cozy and comfy. Different rooms have Different occupancies. Some rooms have double occupancy, some have triple , and some have quadruple occupancy. Each room is provided with wardrobes, tables ,chairs and cots. There is also high speed wifi connection available. The mess is great. The menu caters a wide range of cuisines. There are veg and non veg, North and south, mixed messes available.
Admission
The admission was based on the Joint Entrance Examination (JEE) 2023 mains rank through the Joint Seat Allocation Authority (JOSAA) 2023. There are 6 rounds of admission. You have to fill in your preference of course and you will get selected for one depending on your rank and priority.
