Likes

Very few things i liked about college is wide range of student from all over the globe .
Huge campus with various sports facility.
After every few days they conduct seminars for different purposes

Dislikes

Teachers are not up to the mark. They don't put their 100 percent effort in teaching
Management is really poor . To get a document one have to run all across the college to access it.
Placement are not up to the mark as there is no guarantee of 100 percent placement

Course Curriculum Overview

As it is booming sector and bangalore being the it hub i chose it. Faculty student ratio is 1:70.Teaching methods are really outdated . Faculty teaches 2-3 different subjects which reduce theie efficiency to master one subject. Term exams were held in every 6 months. They were moderate to difficult level.

Placement Experience

From 6th semestr we are eligible to sit for placement . Comapanies that visit the campus are accenture, mercedez benz, byjus, deloitt etc. In 2023 highest package was 30lpa and lowest was 3lpa. Percentage of student placed is drastically reduced to 30 percent only . My plans after getting degree is to try to take placement in campus placement if not then will pursue masters degree

Fees and Financial Aid

Fees structure is as --> Tution fees - 275000 for cse-gen branch and 20000 one time admission fees . Scholarship are provided on your performance in JET examination . If you are international student or sc/st or bc category student you will get a concession on percentage of fees

Campus Life

Campus life is vibrant as there are wide ranges of backgrounds,cultures and nationalities. Unique social life wuth numerous clubs and fests in the college . There is a well maintained library with all variety of books . A classroom has desk ,chair ,fan , and projector . Wide range of extra curricular activities on campus from sports to fashion ,music to drama.

Admission

There is college entrance exam and management quota through which you can apply Application form is availaible on their website . Admission process was really slow i had to wait 2 months to get the admission .

Good College with Supportive Faculty and Decent Placements

Placement Experience:

Placements at RNS Institute of Technology are good. Students become eligible for campus placements from the 6th or 7th semester. Many companies visit the college, including IT and core companies. Some of the common recruiters include TCS, Infosys, Wipro, Accenture, and a few core companies for EEE. The average package is around 3 to 5 LPA, and higher packages are also offered for top-performing students. The highest package can go much higher depending on the company. Around 70–80% of students get placed, mainly in IT roles. For EEE students, core placements are limited, but there are good opportunities in software roles. The college also provides training and support for placements. After completing my degree, I plan to get placed in a good company and build my career.

Placement Experience:

Most of the students get placed from the campus placements. Students get eligible for campus placements from the fifth semester. Companies like HP, Infosys, Wipro come for recruiting and make offers from 3L per annum to 30 L per annum. Around 70 percent of the students get placed through campus placement. I plan on working for a dream company after completing my degree.

About my college

Placement Experience:

After completion of the course students are divided to teachers and the food industries are come to college and interview us and the student is eligible they can select. Some standard food related companies are visited nestle, ITC mysore , sulawines and some other companies also. The CGPA of the students is 7.5 or more is good below this also get selected but more than 7.5 is good. My plan is after completion of course then do work and get some experience in the industries and some of the time I am going to select a product and launch it over the world.

They start conducting placements activities from the 2nd year itself like AMCAT preparation, skillrack, etc. So the students become eligible for campus placements from 7th sem itself. Many companies like TCS, Diggibyte, Zoho,etc. and the offers are from 3 lakh to 16 lakh per annum. Percentage of students getting placements are about 90% My plan is to get into the IT sector as i have an interest to explore and enhance my technical skills

Placement Experience:

I applied to colleges like BMSIT and Sir MVIT, and I had confirmed seats there, too. I chose RNSIT because it has a better reputation for placements in my branch and the campus environment felt more welcoming. I didn't get into RVCE because my KCET rank wasn't high enough for their top branches, as the competition was very tough that year. The admission process is simple. They mainly take students through KCET and COMEDK. You need at least 45% in your 12th boards (PCM). Most students prefer KCET because the fees are lower. Once the seat is allotted through counseling, you just visit the campus, submit your documents, and pay the fees. The whole process was quite smooth and well-organized."

Course Curriculum Overview:

The curriculum is very unique, and very new, we are not taught irrelevant subjects and topics like every university does, Polaris school of technology (PST) is a new gen college which mainly focuses on tech, producing the best engineers not amongst india but amongst the world, it's aim is to produce engineers who are better than IITians and MITians, all these specifications influenced me to choose this course/curriculum When it comes to real-world applications, Polaris school of technology(PST) gives us real-life problems and scenario based projects through evaluations which help us in the future and helps us to build a proper approach for problems and train us to be the best. We have two main exams per sem which would be conducted every 3 months that is ½th of the sem, we have a total of 8 sems, so total 16 exams, our exams would be difficult for other college students, but not for us as we have the best mentors.

MIT Bengaluru-The College Beyond Exxpectations

Placement Experience:

Students here are eligible for placements or internships right after the 3rd year. Mit Bengaluru is planning to make its students placement merging with its parent clg Mit Manipal. Currently none of the placement record is there as the first batch is in 3rd year only.None of the companies have visited for placement b ut companies like IBM, TCS do come for their talks. I have no plans as of now what will I do after a degree.

i actually did not applied for any other colleges because i wanted to study in this college only and i made it .
