I really liked the liabrary of my college, I can get essential books without any delay , whether it's my course book or any fictional or non fictional novel. Liabray have ac so it's very comfortable to study there . Also they have newspaper and magzi
I also liked the cricket ground and the avaibility of sports equipment too
They have a nice hangout spot too which is known as jannat

Dislikes

The teachers are not very supportive in giving internal marks if you don't attend the classes regularly
The clubs are not prominent and doesn't participate on university level much

Course Curriculum Overview

I was always intrested in mathematics hence I chose bsc maths hons, my college have good facaulty members so there is no problems related to understanding issues, professor are quite friendly, my class student ratio is 3:2 . All professors have either phd Or they're still doing their phd like some of our assistant professor. Every 5 months we had a sem exams, and just sticking by the pyqs are enough for a student to pass the exam

Fees and Financial Aid

My college is a sikh minority college hence I have to pay quite large sum of money in respect to other college which provide the same course in much less fees, mine is 30k a year. You'd get quite numbers of oppurtunity for scholarship, every year you'd have 3-4 scholorship program run by the college and the university itself

Campus Life

My college is in North campus so it is connected to the whole campus and university, the fest of sgtb khalsa is not that good, basic fest, liabrary is very good and easy access to books, ac are present in most of the class, cricket is the prominent sport of our college, there are many clubs present like the dance club, or the vastram society which is a fashion society, and many others, I'm in the shoonya society

Admission

My batch was the last batch of delhi university in which 12th board exam marks was applicable, I got 94 percent in pcm and hence I chose for bsc maths hons, I submitted the application on du sol,I was from obc reservation. The process was smooth and it took 1 month of whole process to get my self admitted In the delhi university

A vibrant college life

Course Curriculum Overview:

as been from the science background I have deep interest in maths already, and I want to continue my passion for it. The proves the critical thinking the imaginary parts and the applications of mathematics. We see every day it motivates to think about these theorems. The curriculum of course is very good, but due to NEP, we have to study subjects like Hindi in our AEC which is very irrelevant to the curriculum and waste our four hours weekly in mathematics, we mainly deal in proof and theorem. There are very less real word applications that are being taught here. There are various areas for improvement like we can adapt the course or the curriculum.in universities like IITs,Cambridge Oxford and other big universities so that the placement and internship percentage can get improved in our college

The Life at Ramjas College.

Course Curriculum Overview:

I was always interested course. It's relevant to the exams in that particular field. The syllabus for life and other exams in this field. I think that there is a lack of actual real life practice in basic courses. If could be made more aligned to what we do in real life it would have been better. The exams are easy enough to pass by just studying one month before exams and submitting the internal assessments properly. There are end semester exams which gives enough time to prepare well.

Aryabhatta College (Delhi University), a new but hustling place

Course Curriculum Overview:

i believe CS hons is a decent course. The curriculum is however, very outdated. We are being taught several topics that have no relevance these days and they arent even taught properly. I believe a far better choice would be doing BTech instead since it has a better course and companies prefer that over BSc CS. In terms of preparing for the real world, i believe this course has no use since the most important parts we have to learn it ourselves. Exams are conducted once at the end of every semester (including practical and theory). However during the semesters, there are multiple tests taken to asses our knowledge regularly
