Course Curriculum Overview

3.5

I chosse this course because I have keen interest in commerce plus I want to become a CA, the faculty in our college is good as per commerce is concerned, the teachers r helpful and the student ratio is minimal. All teaches are highly qualified in their respective field which can being seen in their way of teaching. The exams time very very accurate and good, the semester exams r good way to check one's knowledge and it's difficulty level is moderate. The course curriculum is also good and have been made keeping the wholesome development of the students.

Fees and Financial Aid

The free structure is simple, which is 4600 rupees per year, and the college provides scholarship and financial support to students in need. Many students in my college have applied for scholarship and the outcome is positive with majority of students getting free education.

Campus Life

4

The campus life is good, the college has a big playground where all kind of sports are conducted timely. Multiple fests like summer fest and freshers fest happen in college annually according to my seniors . The freshers party is mostly being conducted between the month of December and January. The calssroom has some basic support which is ok for students but could have been great with the inclusion of smart borad. My college has a big library with probably all books being available for the students. The college conducts annual sports meet every year in the month of December and many other activities like industrial visit, college tours etc. My college has no such groups in particular.

Admission

The Addmission process was based on score secured on class 12 . The Addmission process was good with all information regarding the course. I found the application form and other details from college dunia app and it helped me a lot regarding my selection of college. The application dates were a bit short of just 15 days, the application fee was zero as it was a government aided college. The Addmission porcess should be more easy and less time consuming with ample time given to students for filling up the forms. The cutoff was average as I found very easy securing a seat at the first cut off list it self.

Other Applied Colleges

Delhi University - [DU] | Bachelor of Commerce [B.Com]

The admission fee was a bit high and it wasn't affordable for my parents.

Banaras Hindu University - [BHU] | Bachelor of Commerce [B.Com] {Hons.}

Problem regarding stay.

The aspects of the curriculum which really influenced my decision was building the foundation of accounting to holding expertise, which was aligned with my goal of studying CA. The curriculum used to be upto date which give us a real time exposure. The exam used to take place in every 3 months.

Course Curriculum Overview:

The course is of course outdated. Teaching methods are old. No case studies, competitions or project of any sort is there in the curriculum. Although a project of 100 marks is there in the final sem, but I don't think that's enough. There is no practicality in the curriculum and usability in career. The syllabus really needs an uplifment.

Course Curriculum Overview:

The curriculum is average , I chose this course because I wanted to do an honours degree and I'm from commerce background so my first pick was B.Com . They really put efforts to prepare students for well future , as I said earlier some teachers are genuinely very good helpful supporting and good at what they do . Something they need to approve is the 70% attendance criteria, I think they need to understand not every student is just persuing graduation they are doing some other courses or jobs etc so they can't maintain 70% attendance . The frequency of timing is average

Course Curriculum Overview:

Course Curriculum is Comprehensive, focused equally on Academics and Practical Exposure.. I chose because of that extra year of research I can choose to do in my final year (4th year) of graduation and I'll have an Hons. Degree at the end of 4th year of my college... Practical insights makes sure we are being trained to tackle practical world and academic knowledge ensures we are eligible to apply for further Education.. I will say more focus on Practical Exposure and a little extra focus on Sports May Take This Curriculum to a different level..
