It's in a good locality the nearby is very safe and clean.
The college has lush green environment qualified teachers.
The metro connectivity is good and parking space is also available in college campus

Dislikes

Washrooms space is small and canteen food needs to improve.
The burden of file works and weekly presentation.
The strictness of professors and lots of assignments.

I opt for this course as I always wanted to be a teacher so after completing my bachelor's from Delhi University I opt for b.ed as it gives me an opportunity to be a teacher and also tells how to teach students and how to be good teacher. Faculty have post graduation and some have PhD. The exams are taken twice in a semester one is internal which is taken between the semester and other are external exams which is also known as end semester and also practical are taken and internships are also given in good schools for practice.

Class Size: 50Course Fees: INR 100 per year

Fees and Financial Aid

In the 1st year the fees was 97,000. Rupees and after that in 2nd year also the final year the fees reduce from 5000 per year so in 2nd year the fees is 93,000 rupees. There are scholarship programs for ews students, OBC students and as well as sc/st students. There are no campus jobs in b.ed as it's a practical course and degree so no schools comes to give jobs in college campus.

Campus Life

There are annual fest or also known cultural fest is organised by this college and there are many societies such as eco club, nss, fine arts society, dance society and singing society. And also there is an annual fest organised by the IP University known as Anoogunj which hosted on a big scale and for 3 days. There is also sports society. There are plenty of books in the library and many extra curricular activities are done on the campus.

Admission

Ipu takes CET exam and the result comes in 3 cutoffs - 1st, 2nd and 3rd and after that there are 2 spot rounds in which students can change there college according to there score and rank in the exam. The eligibility of the course to have a bachelor degree with specialization in maths and science 55+ percentage and as mandatory to CET + counseling.

Poor infrastructure, average faculty and not-so-happening campus life

Placement Experience:

Students in B.ed course become eligible to take jobs in the last semester i.e 4th semester. The college does not provide any placement in our course instead students themself have to mail and contact different schools to secure a teching job. Average package a student can expect depends on many factors like their subjects, qualifications and skills. On an average one can expect around 6lpa in private sector. For securing jobs in government schools Students have to clear exams like DSSSB etc where average package ranges from 10 -12 lpa. Many of my seniors are doing jobs in private schools as techers while some teach online and have their you tube channels. I am planning to do masters in English literature from DU to increase my knowledge and job opportunities.

I applied for Maharaja Surajmal Institute as it's known as the SRCC of GGSIPU and it has the highest placement packages in comparison to any other Colleges of GGSIPU and it is ranked the top college of GGSIPU so I opted for admission here and no I didn't get rejected from any universities I got admitted to the one I wanted it's just that you require alot of patience and need to be active about the admission forms being out and all. To get admission in the BBA program at Maharaja Surajmal Institute, a student must have completed their 12th standard or equivalent from a recognized board with at least 50% marks, with English as one of the core, elective, or functional subjects. Admission is primarily conducted through the IPU CET exam held by Guru Gobind Singh Indraprastha University. However, students can also be admitted through CUET if their name appears in the merit list and their rank is below 500. Based on the CET or CUET rank, candidates are called for counseling where seats are allotted.
