It is a nice college for the defence wards and especially for the ones who dont have reservation, its the best choice for them as the placements are decent as compared to any other private college.The faculty student ratio would be 1:20 approx here. Majority of the faculty are PHD and many are PHD persuing. It is affiliated to SPPU so the exams are conducted by SPPU.

For internships the companies arrive in the fifth semester like Deutch Bank, Master Card, Barclays, etc. The no is quite low of the ones getting an internship almost 50/360 get an oncampus internships rest try to take an off campus internship.

From the seventh semester the placements begin for the students. Various companies like Oracle, BNY, MasterCard, Deutche Bank, UBS,etc visit the college and hire students. Almost above 90% of the students get a offer till the end of the season with a average package of 12-15 LPA. I also plan to take the campus placements. And also off campus is also a very opted option for the students here for companies like microsoft.

The fees structure is quite high as the seats are limited. There are many scholarships provided also for the academic toppers from TATA, UdChalo and many other. From third year internship opportunity are provided and from fourth year on campus opportunities are provided.

There are three fest organized, technical, cultural and sports fest respectively every year and aakriti which is the intra college fest for all the above three is also organizedfor the college students. There is a whole building for library called aryabhatta block with lots of books. The classrooms are equipped with smart boards. Every sports facility is provided here. There are approx 25 clubs that are run by the students and a teacher is assigned as incharge of it.

Hostels are providded based on the academic performance of the students. The high scorers are provided with singlets then doublets and then triplets and then fourlets, and the interesting thing is that the fees structure is same for all the rooms not like colleges like VIT where singles are costly. The mess is close to the hostels and the food is decent and twice a week there is a paid mess if someone wants a change of taste at low price. The hostel rooms are equipped with a table chair cupboard and bed and mattress. But the hostels are quite old here.

AIT is a college that provides admission for defence wards only but some of them dont know about a specific entry for the J&K students there are 2 seats per class reserved for J&K students. I took the admission from normal entry through JEE Mains where i secured around 40000 rank and the cutoff for cse is around 50000 AIR. There is no specific reservation here only wards of defence personnels except for J&K students.
