What Students Say

Likes

Infrastructure is good enough in AIT. Student .
Faculty is very much supportive. They guide student in acadamics as well as in improving their skills.
The social life in AIT is very good. Interaction with seniors is good.

Dislikes

Some rules which are too annoying like fines etc.
The faculty is little bit strict. Cant feel free to ask them.
Need to adjust to the social life here, it will be taking some time.

Course Curriculum Overview

The course curriculum is good but it's bit old as it is a affiliated college under SPPU university. There will be a counsellor for every batch of 20 students who will be mentoring the students in any issues. The faculty is highly qualified and are supportive. There will be two terms for every year. The term will last for about 5-6 months. Not too difficult to pass in term exams.

Class Size: 75Course Fees: INR 332848 per year

Fees and Financial Aid

The fees structure is comapratively equal with other private colleges. There are several scholaeships which include PMSS, Merit scholarahips.. Etc. The student can also avail education loan for financial assistance. The campus recruitmnets are good enough.

Campus Life

The infrastructure is good. There are many clubs including sports, OSS , NSS, cycling .. Etc. Students can improve their skills by joining them. Seniors are very interactive and will be providing guidance in your academics and in job assistance but you have to respect them. There will be more restrictions for a first year student in the college.

Admission

To apply for AIT, Pune your mother or father has to be in Army or may be retired. You must apply in the online portal of college. And you will be getting the merit number based on your JEE percentile. Then after you will be alloted branch according to merit list. You are called for the admission with the original documents on the day of admission.

placements here are eligible from the 6th sem . companies like tcs , infosys , capgemini , tech mahindra , infocepts etc visit the campus offering multiple roles .the highest package is around 12LPA while average ranges between 3 to 4 LPA . My plan is to prepare for campus placement drive

COEP Technological University through my eyes.

Placement Experience:

Good placements are offered by this college. Top companies like Tata Motors, Bajaj, DE Shaw, Goldman Sachs, Wells Fargo, Wipro pari, etc. Average placement for mechanical branch is about 9lpa while that for computer and entc goes up to 15lpa.
