I liked the sports arena they have because i play games there.
The coding club helps me a lot to learn .
Hostel rooms are quite cozy and many people i find there .

Dislikes

Classrooms are too shaby i don't like them.
Teachers attidute against non bengali students.
The workers should say more about their feelings.

Course Curriculum Overview

I choosed this course because I know IT sector will boom in the future. The teachers are just average.The student ratio is good. Our faculty members have good qualifications but there teaching style is old. Six months between each semester exam and if u pay attention in class u can pass it easily.

Fees and Financial Aid

The fees hike is not that much a middle class family can easily afford it.But the poor cannot but there are loan schemes for them. TATA gives us many chances for scholarship and placement. It is the most popular.

Campus Life

Innovative projects is one of the tech fest that happened in college that I participated into and I learnt many things in the process. There are many groups or clubs in the college I personally like coding and sports club.i participate into volleyball club .

Admission

I had given WBJEE (West Bengal Joint Entrance Examination) to qualify for this college. In the first round I did not passed the criteria but in the second round I got the seat in Asansol Engineering College. Wbjee form cost me 500 rupees and the counseling in the college cost me 500. I do not find any big problem in admission process that need to be changed

Good Internship Opportunities

Placement Experience:

The placement cell provides us with training programs and internships and also if the students are careful and disciplined in the classroms they can crack through job interviews. There is mock viva at the end semester and also some on campus hiring companies came in our college.

Placement Experience:

The college average placement are 6 lakh per annum and in my branch out of 64 student only 30 God placement but the mistake is of the students because many companies are visiting our colleges but they couldn't find the talent required for the skilled person they required

Placement Experience:

Studentsbecome eligible for placements from 7th semester. Various companies such as TCS, Infosys, Accenture, Wipro, Tech Mahindra, Godrej, etc. come for placements. Earlier many offers used to come however in the recent years the number of offers made have reduced significantly. highest package comes around 10 to 11 lakhs per annum with average being 4-5 lakhs per annum. I have kept my options open after completion of degree in doing further studies that is Mtech or getting into a job whichever seems appropriate at the situation.

GOOD College at low fees.

Placement Experience:

Placement of my college are quite good with a avg package of 6 to 7 lpa and higest package of 45 lpa and this year the higest package is 75 lpa. The companies visited in my college are infosys, Capgemini,tcs,wipro, Mindtree,IBM, sometimes amazon also.The placement rate of the college is 85 to 95%.

Fair college according to me

Placement Experience:

Our college provide really good placements if the student is really eligible for employment. There are adequate no. Of companies visiting the campus. Some big companies are - MICROSOFT, LAB VANTAGE, DELTAX, RTCAMP, DELOITTE, ACCENTURE, PERSISTENT SYSTEMS, IBM, MUSIGMA, TIGER ANALYTICS, KEY SIGHT TECHNOLOGIES, KEYENCE, MANIKARAN POWER, TCS, E&Y etc. The highest package is around 20 lpa and the avarage is around 5 - 6 lpa. Placements are better for cse, it and ece. The core branches have mediocre placements.

The college is good for academics but there is no campus life.

Placement Experience:

The placements are average in the college. From 7th semester the students are eligible for placements. About 60% students get placed in the college. The average package of our college is 3-4 lakhs per annum and the highest package last year was around 13 lakhs per annum. I will choose to do M.tech after passing out of the college.

Walkthrough my journey Of AEC

I chose AEC due to better infrastructure and the nearity of Institute from my home. I got offers from many colleges in west bengal but due to high fees and remoteness from my home i did not opt for those Institute. Also the admission process is very smooth if you have proper documents it will only take you at most 2 hours for all the paper work and other things. To be eligible you must have more than 60 percent in your secondary as well as in senior secondary examination. To take admission you have to appear for the wbjee entrance exam and clear the cutoff for the college. The exam is not so tough the question can solved easily if you have studied NCERT. For jee I prepare very hard during my 11th and 12th but unfortunately I got not as much percentile so that help me out to take me addmission in IIT like colleges but my coching sir addvice me to do counsilling and take addmission in college that i got .
