I like the campus life a very green environment with many facilities like student activity centre , health centre , and gym facilities the sports ground and swimming pool all the facility is good

Course Curriculum Overview

I found a better opportunity for engineering and getting my future better, many faculty members always help students in a good manner there are smart classes for students. The exams happen 3 times 2 minors and 1 major minor are of 15 marks and a major of 50 marks.

Class Size: 38Course Fees: INR 70000 per year

Placement Experience

There is not very much placement available right now. Very few companies come to our campus for placement and the average package is about 3000 to 45000. But very few candidates get placed due to fewer seats available.

Fees and Financial Aid

At admission time we have to give about 35000 of which 15000 is precautions money which will be refunded at the end of the course and there are many scholarships by the government and by college also in which I also got a scholarship in which my tuition fee is waved I only pay for extra fees of 3000 per semester, the rest 6000 is relaxed by scholarship.

Campus Life

Life at the campus is very peaceful, there are many clubs like NSS, SCIENCE CLUB, happy club, etc. there is a big ground for playing sports like football, volleyball, cricket, and an activity center is also provided with a gym facility, swimming pool is provided

Admission

The admission process is based on an entrance exam and everywhere from India can apply for it it provides various courses like diplomas, BTech, and degree application forms can be accessed at www.sliet.ac.in on this website.

I only looked for government colleges as they are affordable and well-reputed. I choose this college honestly as it was a centeral government college under josaa and has significantly less fees which would help me save for my master's . Internship apportunities in SLIET, Longowal

I applied in sant Longowal institute of engineering and technology in first seven round but I got electronic engineering which I didn't want, so I waited for special round and then I got Computer science. I am in general so I didn't get any quota for admission but obc and sc st have quota in the college. To get into sant Longowal institute of engineering and technology, you have to give entrance exam and the cut off of the college generally goes around 130-140 for general category.
