Course Curriculum Overview

4

Artificial intelligence and machine learning is actually ruling the world right now and i am so interested how a agent works without any human interference. the faculty in jain are very friendly and are so supportive towards their students. They will be available at any time for student and faculty interaction. The faculty in jain are very experienced , these people also published many research papers regarding their phd. They will ensure that each and every student in the class understands the topic and they will also explain multiple times to make sure that everything is clear. They conduct our term exams for every one and half month and the paper would be moderate sometimes tough based on the subject importance.

Internships Opportunities

3

one of the internship we got is from futurense with 30k , we have to any project of our choice within 4rth year and we will be allocated for a specific mentor for PCL(i.e project centered learning) , these mentors will guide us in a way that out project outcomes gives us good future , they will also help us in getting funds for our projects.

Placement Experience

3.5

from 6th sem people are eligible for campus placements. the companies visited our campus is futurense , google , amazon , etc , i m not that accurate of the offere but the highest package is 51lakhs and the average is 10lakhs for the people who persuied their course in cse artificial intelligence and machine learning. 90% students are being placed and my thoughts are like if i go out with a good package then its fine or else i would like to continue my studies by doing MS.

Fees and Financial Aid

there was no hike in fee as compared to last year. personally i feel the cost of study is not that worth for what we pay. there is no doubt that they will cover all the core subjects including programming subjects by the end of 2nd year and they will also give training for the students in 4rth sem.

Campus Life

3.5

there are few fests conducted in our campus namely infinity which will be conducted in the month of april. last year it was conducted on april 18 2023. en number of books are available in library , which is of 3 floors in the campus. there is no lack of any thing in classrooms , our classrooms are full pledged and has a good environment to study. people who are interested in sports can be participated in any sport recently our college people participated in nationals of circket , football tournaments. each and every branch will have a particular day for their extra caricullar activities conducted in campus. there are few clubs / groups managed by students like zigbee , gdsc , turing club etc

Hostel Facilities

2.5

our hostels are under took by mojo campus people , they provide us a good bed , pillow , bedsheets , pillow covers , cupboards , hot water facility , filtered drinking water , with good ventilation. honest review of meal quality is it will be average and the menu will routine for the rest 4 years , they dont change the menu for afternoon and nights , mornings are the regular ones they keep either upma , bisibillebath , idly vada sambar , pori , chapathi , semiya upma , these will only be the breakfast which they keep and international students have different menu , and one thing to keep in mind is they dont serve it based on students like , they give very less cornflakes like 2 table spoons thats it , if we ask for it again they wont provide us. registration process is not that problamatic they are friendly and the process is very clear. i dont think so these hostels are worth for what we pay.

Admission

The admission process was smooth and they guided in a very good way and they also explained about the benefits of the course and regarding placements. The application form was on google in the official website of jain university. You can get into this university via kcet , comedk , jee mains or advance and there is also a university exam. The only minus point in admission process is they ll let you wait for a long time.

Placement Experience:

Placements at RNS Institute of Technology are good. Students become eligible for campus placements from the 6th or 7th semester. Many companies visit the college, including IT and core companies. Some of the common recruiters include TCS, Infosys, Wipro, Accenture, and a few core companies for EEE. The average package is around 3 to 5 LPA, and higher packages are also offered for top-performing students. The highest package can go much higher depending on the company. Around 70–80% of students get placed, mainly in IT roles. For EEE students, core placements are limited, but there are good opportunities in software roles. The college also provides training and support for placements. After completing my degree, I plan to get placed in a good company and build my career.

Most of the students get placed from the campus placements. Students get eligible for campus placements from the fifth semester. Companies like HP, Infosys, Wipro come for recruiting and make offers from 3L per annum to 30 L per annum. Around 70 percent of the students get placed through campus placement. I plan on working for a dream company after completing my degree.

Placement Experience:

I applied to colleges like BMSIT and Sir MVIT, and I had confirmed seats there, too. I chose RNSIT because it has a better reputation for placements in my branch and the campus environment felt more welcoming. I didn't get into RVCE because my KCET rank wasn't high enough for their top branches, as the competition was very tough that year. The admission process is simple. They mainly take students through KCET and COMEDK. You need at least 45% in your 12th boards (PCM). Most students prefer KCET because the fees are lower. Once the seat is allotted through counseling, you just visit the campus, submit your documents, and pay the fees. The whole process was quite smooth and well-organized."

Course Curriculum Overview:

The curriculum is very unique, and very new, we are not taught irrelevant subjects and topics like every university does, Polaris school of technology (PST) is a new gen college which mainly focuses on tech, producing the best engineers not amongst india but amongst the world, it's aim is to produce engineers who are better than IITians and MITians, all these specifications influenced me to choose this course/curriculum When it comes to real-world applications, Polaris school of technology(PST) gives us real-life problems and scenario based projects through evaluations which help us in the future and helps us to build a proper approach for problems and train us to be the best. We have two main exams per sem which would be conducted every 3 months that is ½th of the sem, we have a total of 8 sems, so total 16 exams, our exams would be difficult for other college students, but not for us as we have the best mentors.
