I have chosen Artificial intelligence and data science, because I personally wanted to learn and develop algorithms. The faculty at CMRIT is experienced and extremely student-friendly. They use different methods to help students with the curriculum. They don't just stick to the curriculum and teach beyond what's required. If one attends classes regularly they don't have to worry about exams.

Nice internships are given by the college and the tie-ups are also good. The opportunities offered are also really helpful in the real world and they equip us with real-life skills to face hurdles and problems.

They start training students from the first sem. They have a program called TYL which helps us with placements. Most companies expect cgpa above 7. Every year new companies get added to the existing companies that already visit every year.

The fee policy helps all underprivileged students from various backgrounds get quality education at a much-reduced cost price. Scholarships come from the government in the form of entrance exams such as KCET Or COMEDK and the college also offers special merit to academic achievers, sports achievers, leadership awards, etc.

Cultura is the annual fest of CMRIT it usually happens during the even semester. During the odd semester, an interdepartmental fest takes place called aura. We have multiple clubs like fashion, dance, music, photography, art, and literature. There are so many opportunities apart from curriculum. Multiple events take place apart from academics which are held by different clubs every week.

The basic eligibility of the course is to complete your 10th and 12th. There is no specific entrance for CMRIT but they consider other entrances like JEE, KCET, and COMEDK, these application forms can be found on their respective websites. Reservation benefits are available for all the general entrance exams and you need to submit proof. The only problem with these websites are it's not very user friendly and extremely slow.
