Very good hostal facilities in very affordable price
Student intraction is very good because of student plaza made by collage
Mess food is very good as there is very less repetation of food

Marina (our sports complex ) is far from campus
Gym facility is not that much good inside the campus

Course Curriculum Overview

Since the college is very old it has a strong curriculum and even the faculties are good and experienced. the faculty-teacher ratio is good. Maximum faculties are PhD holders. The term exam is conducted twice a semester and the level of the exam is good enough to pass as it is the second-best private college.

Internships Opportunities

We have a very good internship opportunity as we have a vast technical club and student project base. Because of your experience in student projects companies give you priority over other students and a good stipend.

Placement Experience

Campus placement is very good enough as our average package revolves around 12-13 LPA this year. From 6th to 7th semester students are eligible for placement. All big companies visit on campus. The highest package is 54 lpa and the median is around 8.5 lpa. And around 92 percent of students placed this year.

Fees and Financial Aid

There is mainly four group system and each group is filled with some branch and there are different fees for the different groups there is less fees for the first year and there is a hike in fees for the second year and then it remains constant for the next two year.

Campus Life

Manipal has the best campus life of all the colleges in India. Revels (cultural fest ) and tech tattva (technical fest ) are two fests of our college. All books are available in the library. All amenities like ac, chairs, board, etc are available in the classroom. All sports are available on campus and there are many clubs for extracurricular activities.

Hostel Facilities

All types of hotels are present in Manipal like single double tripal sharing are ac and non-AC rooms are available with common and attached washrooms. Mess is very good and you have the option of all types of food. You get a registration option for hostal after 1st round of counseling and it also depends on your rank.

Hostel Fee: INR 97500 per year

Admission

The admission process is through the MET exam means you have to take the MET exam if you want to be admitted to mit . This exam is conducted twice a year in the interval of 1 or 2 months. You can find the application form on the site of Manipal and other details like fees, dates, etc.

Placement Experience:

The placement in colleges was good but the salary for the core job work was very less, maxing at 23000 at max, but the pay for other job roles was much higher, so getting a job from college was not difficult

Course Curriculum Overview:

I would say academic wise. There is nothing much happening right now in first year, but then there are many events like hackathons happening where and we can participate and learn a lot even our first year and we have English film and Japanese film, which is basically a whole language club and there are a lot of activities happening such as debate and all, which is obviously helping us gain a lot of public speaking skills and confidence.

I applied for PES and VIT besides manipal and was able to secure a seat in both of them but chose MIT over these colleges because it is more credible and from research provides better packages, courses and options.
