Companies like ANZ, KPMG, PWC, Byjus, Deloitte, ICICI, HDFC, Amazon, McAfee, Airtel and lot more recruited us.
Best companies lined up, and there is very good support for students who are opting for jobs and who are opting for higher studies.
The teachers are very helpful to the students and different teachers are available for different subjects.

Dislikes

Their teaching quality is very poor, and a few faculty members don't even know how to teach
Events are good fest are bad never organized in proper way, usually organised by students in the college scholarship is offered to eligible students.
The college invites many companies but does not provide the students with enough knowledge to get placed in the companies

Course Curriculum Overview

I choose CSE- ARTIFICIAL INTELLIGENCE AND DATA SCIENCE. Companies like Google, Microsoft, Amazon, and Facebook have invested heavily in data science and AI. They are looking for skilled professionals to help them develop and deploy machine learning models, build and maintain data pipelines, and analyze data to identify trends and patterns. Data science and AI are skill-based careers, meaning you must constantly learn and update your skills to stay ahead of the curve.

Class Size: 30Course Fees: INR 490000 per year

Fees and Financial Aid

At Jain University, scholarships to students in any of the six categories are provided through the University Scholarship Committee. After fulfilling the minimum eligibility criteria, the selected students receive a Scholarship Offer Letter along with a Scholarship Acceptance Form. Students need to accept or decline the letter within a set time frame.

Campus Life

The college provides facilities like Wi-Fi, computer lab, library, gym, spacious classrooms, and parking facilities. You can also have a library and also a canteen, so I think this is one of the best colleges. Dislikes Another drawback was that there is nothing related to physical activities or sports in the campus.

Admission

Go to Jain university official website apply for JET entrance exam. If u crack the exam you have to give interview and than u will get chance. For few subjects u will get direct entry. The exam will be online.

Life at IIT Dharwad - What to expect

Placement Experience:

At IIT Dharwad, students become eligible for campus placements right after their 7th semester(i.e. after the start of 4th year) and during their 3rd year, students also have opportunities to sit for internships which can later convert to PPOs. The companies that have visited our campus are Adobe, Amazon, Texas, TCS, wipro etc. The highest CTC offered was 55LPA and average package for CSE is 18-20LPA, and for the core branches is around 10-15LPA. In CSE more than 93% of the students got placed and many of other students opted for higher studies . In the core branches the placement percentage was around 85-88%. After My degree, I plan to go for a Software Engineer role.

Placement Experience:

We enter the placement at the end of 3rd year almost at 4th year(6th to 7th semester). The placement cell organizes various traning program, including mock interviews, group discussions, and communication skills workshops. Past 3 to 4 years more than 10 companies per year offered hiring 100+ students. But over the year the companies have come down and providing les opportunities. Companies like TCS, Wipro, Infosys, Accenture, etc recruite students from this college. The highest package is 25LPA and the average package is around 6LPA. Due to the increase in the rate of admission, the percentage has been decresed. Almost 25 out of 100 students are getting placed in this college. After getting degree, I will try my level best to get placed in campus itself. If not, I am interested more in Competitive exams, I will focus on it.

The Pros and Cons of being a student at MIT Manipal

Placement Experience:

From the7th sem onwards campus placements are put in place for btech students. Many companies such as microsoft, google, BMW, mercedes, accenture and others look for students here. The top 100 of each branch get the highest packages with the average of that being 22lpa for the cce branch. The rest of the students that are placed have an average salary of 14 lpa. Almost all the students are placed with the placement rate being around 90% for my branch. I plan on working for 2 years after getting placed and then pursuing an MBa degree abroad to further my tenure as a valuable asset to whatever company takes me under their wing.

IIT Dharwad Pros and Cons

Placement Experience:

Placements are good in college . Highest package was 52 lpa in 2024 and average was 9-10 lpa. But the percentage was very less in 2024 because of recession and negligence of placement cell and their bad decisions.

I was passionate about this course.Faculty in our course were experts and experienced lecturers. Our faculty 3 to 4 members were P.hD holders. And others were M.Tech and also pursuing P.hD The exams were in every 6 months duration. Some subjects are easy to pass but difficult to score and some are difficult to pass
