The ambience and environment is good in jain
The sports opportunities and extra curricular activities are all good
The food meals and mess is all hygienic and healthy

The hostel, study classrooms and the mess are all too far from hostel

Course Curriculum Overview

I chose the course because this is where my internet lies. Faculty and students are all friendly here. each semester has 2 terms and each term contains 2 months and exams are not that hard to pass. The qualification of faculty is a PhD and teaching methods are great

Internships Opportunities

This company called Futurense offers internships and placements at a decent range. This project called project-centric learning gives us opportunities to create a project and learn something from it and by the end of 4th year we have to prepare a model

Placement Experience

The highest package is 40 lakhs per annum and the average package is 6 lakhs per annum. The percentage of students getting placed varies each year. Futurense offers internships and placements based on the Cgpa you get at the end of 4 years.

Fees and Financial Aid

The fee structure is a little expensive and it's not affordable for a lot of people. There are a lot of Opportunities for scholarships and financial assistance. I haven't gotten any job yet as I'm in my second year of college.

Campus Life

Multiple fests are conducted every month. One of them is Turing Club which holds Hackathons and workshops. The availability of books and journals in the library is decent. Sports opportunities and extracurricular activities are available to all students. there are multiple clubs run by students like Turing club

Hostel Facilities

There are a lot of facilities provivded in the room like availability of hot water, washroom, bed, notice board, fans, dustbins. Registration process for hostel and affordability is decent. Hostel expenses are also decent.

Hostel Fee: INR 125000 per year

Admission

Eligibility of the course is 75%. You can find the application form, application fees and application dates on the official website. The improvement I want to see in the admission process is it has to become a little easy

RNSIT : Best college for students

Placement Experience:

The placement cell is very active in our college. Every year more than 30+ companies come to our college for recruitment . Our seniors from 7th semester get placed in many companies and before getting placed in the company our college offers internships to every student. Around 80 % of the students get placed in companies and work efficiently. The average package for civil engineering is 2.5 lakh per annum.

My College Review

Placement Experience:

RIT's placement scenario is very good, even for the most unpopular branches such as Civil Engineering. Starting from the 7th semester, students are allowed to participate in campus recruitment, and companies come to the campus for the entire final year. The major recruiting companies are L&T Construction, Shapoorji Pallonji, Brigade Group, Sobha Developers, Atkins, PWD, and Infosys for the non-core sector. Civil students on an average get ?5–6 LPA as salary, and the highest offer is usually in the range of ?12–15 LPA, depending on the company and the position. Almost 70–80% of Civil students are placed, while some of them go for higher studies or government examination.Site engineer, design engineer, planning engineer, survey engineer, and trainee engineer are the core positions that are offered. Also, non-traditional roles in IT and consulting can be taken up by those who are not interested in core engineering profiles.I will first acquire some work experience in the industry after completing my degree and then will pursue a master's degree in structural engineering to gain further specialization.

Great college with poor placement

Placement Experience:

Placements are the only bad thing about the college . Average ctc is only 4 lakhs per annum and only handful of students get actual placement.and rest get placed in either call center or training companies

Over all IIT Dharwad is good not bad

Placement Experience:

Actually imnin 1st semester so I aks from seniors so they told me highest PKG of cs branch is 86LPA and machenical is 60 LPA they are off campus package and in campus 57 LPA for cse and they also give minor degree courses for placement chance is increased in cs branch 93 % students placed 125 compony visited in college in 2024-25 I plan I get job after b tech if I don't placed in campus so i tried EAE examination.

Honest review from a student who doesn't hate his college but at the same know there are multiple places for improvement

Placement Experience:

Students become elegible for placements from 7th sem onwards but we are encouraged to do internship before final itself. Most of the companies that come here aren't t1 or even t2. Highest probably would be 12L only if the student is exceptional but most would secure a package 4-6. And the percentage of students getting placed is <50%

Placement Experience:

i have 100 percent confidence on myself and the college placement .because it has 95 percent placement in it sector.the students are eligible from 5 or 6 th semester as of there.there are one of good companies who visit our college like amazon, tata, microsoft some years ago google also visited they tries to contact and give placements to students.it has 33 lakh highest and the median is good enough as 12 lakh anually.
