Course Curriculum Overview

The course is fairly good related to the upcoming company needs. Professors teach well and never hesitate to explain as many times as needed. The student-teacher ratio is 60:1. The faculties are well experienced.

Internships Opportunities

They start training you for jobs and internships for 5 semesters. You may or may not get paid for them. The university tries their best to get you opportunities provided we get good cgpa (and average of 8.0).

Fees and Financial Aid

The cost of course fees for BTech has gone up considerably. They cost a lot of money with the guarantee of 100 percent placement. Finance assistance takes a little too much effort and time. There are different kinds of scholarships that can be availed.

Campus Life

There are very few fests that take place in this college. They are very particular about spending money and don't fund any money for clubs or rooms for clubs to practice anything. The management doesn't do much. It's the students who have to always take the initiative.

Hostel Facilities

The hostel facilities are comparatively better than other colleges. They clean rooms on a daily basis and change bedsheets too. The quality of the meal is very good. Rules are a little strict and curfew timings are very early which I personally feel should be changed.

Admission

I gave the Jain entrance test for BTech Engineering. One must get 60 percent at least to qualify for that test. Only SCIENCE with math students can apply for BTech courses. Once the test is cleared you will get an email regarding the courses you can choose and their payment details are given. Then you can follow the admission process given in the mail after the counseling session.

RNSIT : Best college for students

Placement Experience:

The placement cell is very active in our college. Every year more than 30+ companies come to our college for recruitment . Our seniors from 7th semester get placed in many companies and before getting placed in the company our college offers internships to every student. Around 80 % of the students get placed in companies and work efficiently. The average package for civil engineering is 2.5 lakh per annum.

My College Review

Placement Experience:

RIT's placement scenario is very good, even for the most unpopular branches such as Civil Engineering. Starting from the 7th semester, students are allowed to participate in campus recruitment, and companies come to the campus for the entire final year. The major recruiting companies are L&T Construction, Shapoorji Pallonji, Brigade Group, Sobha Developers, Atkins, PWD, and Infosys for the non-core sector. Civil students on an average get ?5–6 LPA as salary, and the highest offer is usually in the range of ?12–15 LPA, depending on the company and the position. Almost 70–80% of Civil students are placed, while some of them go for higher studies or government examination.Site engineer, design engineer, planning engineer, survey engineer, and trainee engineer are the core positions that are offered. Also, non-traditional roles in IT and consulting can be taken up by those who are not interested in core engineering profiles.I will first acquire some work experience in the industry after completing my degree and then will pursue a master's degree in structural engineering to gain further specialization.

Great college with poor placement

Placement Experience:

Placements are the only bad thing about the college . Average ctc is only 4 lakhs per annum and only handful of students get actual placement.and rest get placed in either call center or training companies

Placement Experience:

Actually imnin 1st semester so I aks from seniors so they told me highest PKG of cs branch is 86LPA and machenical is 60 LPA they are off campus package and in campus 57 LPA for cse and they also give minor degree courses for placement chance is increased in cs branch 93 % students placed 125 compony visited in college in 2024-25 I plan I get job after b tech if I don't placed in campus so i tried EAE examination.

Honest review from a student who doesn't hate his college but at the same know there are multiple places for improvement

Placement Experience:

Students become elegible for placements from 7th sem onwards but we are encouraged to do internship before final itself. Most of the companies that come here aren't t1 or even t2. Highest probably would be 12L only if the student is exceptional but most would secure a package 4-6. And the percentage of students getting placed is <50%

Placement Experience:

i have 100 percent confidence on myself and the college placement .because it has 95 percent placement in it sector.the students are eligible from 5 or 6 th semester as of there.there are one of good companies who visit our college like amazon, tata, microsoft some years ago google also visited they tries to contact and give placements to students.it has 33 lakh highest and the median is good enough as 12 lakh anually.
