Course Curriculum Overview

This course is very flexible. Placement can sit in core as well as non-core companies. The demand for VLSI is very high. All the faculties in Nmit are very friendly and helpful. There are three mid-semester examinations 2 learning assessment examinations and lastly end semester.

Campus placement is quite good in Nmit. Seniors are very interactive and supportive. Many students are doing internships in the third and second years. This year's average package was 7.6 lakhs per annum. Companies from Japan also visit this college

Fees and Financial Aid

According to me, the fee is very high for Comedk students. But it is nominal for KCET students. No scholarship is being provided by the college. Hostels are very nice and clean and the campus is also very neat and clean.

In Nmit there is one annual fest named Anadayanta. It is the biggest annual fest in Bangalore. Campus is very neat and clean hostels are also very neat and clean. All the clubs are very active in this college.

Hostel Facilities

Hostels are very neat and clean. Comparing to other private colleges in Bangalore this college is having satisfying mess food. Registration process was very easy. Two beds to almaries one roof is provided in a single room. Double Occupancy rooms are allotted for 1st year students

Hostel Fee: INR 115000 per year

Admission

The admission process was very easy. Through the Comedk quota, you need to score a minimum of 70 marks to get into this college. The college also takes admission through management quota and KCET. All the staff are very responsive.

RNSIT : Best college for students

Placement Experience:

The placement cell is very active in our college. Every year more than 30+ companies come to our college for recruitment . Our seniors from 7th semester get placed in many companies and before getting placed in the company our college offers internships to every student. Around 80 % of the students get placed in companies and work efficiently. The average package for civil engineering is 2.5 lakh per annum.

My College Review

Placement Experience:

RIT's placement scenario is very good, even for the most unpopular branches such as Civil Engineering. Starting from the 7th semester, students are allowed to participate in campus recruitment, and companies come to the campus for the entire final year. The major recruiting companies are L&T Construction, Shapoorji Pallonji, Brigade Group, Sobha Developers, Atkins, PWD, and Infosys for the non-core sector. Civil students on an average get ?5–6 LPA as salary, and the highest offer is usually in the range of ?12–15 LPA, depending on the company and the position. Almost 70–80% of Civil students are placed, while some of them go for higher studies or government examination.Site engineer, design engineer, planning engineer, survey engineer, and trainee engineer are the core positions that are offered. Also, non-traditional roles in IT and consulting can be taken up by those who are not interested in core engineering profiles.I will first acquire some work experience in the industry after completing my degree and then will pursue a master's degree in structural engineering to gain further specialization.

Great college with poor placement

Placement Experience:

Placements are the only bad thing about the college . Average ctc is only 4 lakhs per annum and only handful of students get actual placement.and rest get placed in either call center or training companies

Actually imnin 1st semester so I aks from seniors so they told me highest PKG of cs branch is 86LPA and machenical is 60 LPA they are off campus package and in campus 57 LPA for cse and they also give minor degree courses for placement chance is increased in cs branch 93 % students placed 125 compony visited in college in 2024-25 I plan I get job after b tech if I don't placed in campus so i tried EAE examination.

Honest review from a student who doesn't hate his college but at the same know there are multiple places for improvement

Placement Experience:

Students become elegible for placements from 7th sem onwards but we are encouraged to do internship before final itself. Most of the companies that come here aren't t1 or even t2. Highest probably would be 12L only if the student is exceptional but most would secure a package 4-6. And the percentage of students getting placed is <50%

Placement Experience:

i have 100 percent confidence on myself and the college placement .because it has 95 percent placement in it sector.the students are eligible from 5 or 6 th semester as of there.there are one of good companies who visit our college like amazon, tata, microsoft some years ago google also visited they tries to contact and give placements to students.it has 33 lakh highest and the median is good enough as 12 lakh anually.
