Hostles are clean, and try to get hostles because hostle life are great
It is autonomous college, exams are easy.
Some questions in Semester End are directly copy pasted from your class notes

Dislikes

Placements are going down year by year due to recession
Mess food other than Wednesday and Sunday are hotrible
Very small campus and ragging issues for north indians

I got this college not by my choice but by my chance. I am a current-year student now, so decided to prepare for JEE side by side to get IIIT/NIT. Faculties are good but still hurts to see thar our placements are decreasing year by year due to recession

Placement is going down here. Current( 2023) Placement is 6.6 lpa which is low compared to last year which was 7 lpa. Placement for CSE, AIML, AIDS and ISE, takes place simultaneously, so don't hesitate to opt for these branches in top colleges as their syllabus are 90 percent the same.

Fees and Financial Aid

Placement is going down here. Current( 2023) Placement is 6.6 lpa which is low compared to last year which was 7 lpa. Fees through Comedk is 250000 Fees through Kcet 100000 Fees through management 600000

Campus Life

The infrastructure is decent you can refer to videos on YouTube to see how it is. And campus is 3.3 km from Bagalur Cross, which means it will be difficult for u to explore the city. Ya, fests happen every year.

Hostel Facilities

Hostles are clean and decent. And mess is non- veg (on Wed egg/panner, on sun chicken/panner) Mess food apart from these days are decent. If you are a girl better you apply for hostle asap as it will get filled, for boys there are many hostles

Hostel Fee: INR 150000 per year

Admission

I came here through comedk in which I got an 8782 rank( which is approximately 90 percentile), my branch cutoff was 10200. I am in the AIML branch, and I am happy that I got this seat at 250000, not like other management students studying here for 6lpa

RNSIT : Best college for students

Placement Experience:

The placement cell is very active in our college. Every year more than 30+ companies come to our college for recruitment . Our seniors from 7th semester get placed in many companies and before getting placed in the company our college offers internships to every student. Around 80 % of the students get placed in companies and work efficiently. The average package for civil engineering is 2.5 lakh per annum.

My College Review

Placement Experience:

RIT's placement scenario is very good, even for the most unpopular branches such as Civil Engineering. Starting from the 7th semester, students are allowed to participate in campus recruitment, and companies come to the campus for the entire final year. The major recruiting companies are L&T Construction, Shapoorji Pallonji, Brigade Group, Sobha Developers, Atkins, PWD, and Infosys for the non-core sector. Civil students on an average get ?5–6 LPA as salary, and the highest offer is usually in the range of ?12–15 LPA, depending on the company and the position. Almost 70–80% of Civil students are placed, while some of them go for higher studies or government examination.Site engineer, design engineer, planning engineer, survey engineer, and trainee engineer are the core positions that are offered. Also, non-traditional roles in IT and consulting can be taken up by those who are not interested in core engineering profiles.I will first acquire some work experience in the industry after completing my degree and then will pursue a master's degree in structural engineering to gain further specialization.

Great college with poor placement

Placement Experience:

Placements are the only bad thing about the college . Average ctc is only 4 lakhs per annum and only handful of students get actual placement.and rest get placed in either call center or training companies

Actually imnin 1st semester so I aks from seniors so they told me highest PKG of cs branch is 86LPA and machenical is 60 LPA they are off campus package and in campus 57 LPA for cse and they also give minor degree courses for placement chance is increased in cs branch 93 % students placed 125 compony visited in college in 2024-25 I plan I get job after b tech if I don't placed in campus so i tried EAE examination.

Honest review from a student who doesn't hate his college but at the same know there are multiple places for improvement

Placement Experience:

Students become elegible for placements from 7th sem onwards but we are encouraged to do internship before final itself. Most of the companies that come here aren't t1 or even t2. Highest probably would be 12L only if the student is exceptional but most would secure a package 4-6. And the percentage of students getting placed is <50%

Placement Experience:

i have 100 percent confidence on myself and the college placement .because it has 95 percent placement in it sector.the students are eligible from 5 or 6 th semester as of there.there are one of good companies who visit our college like amazon, tata, microsoft some years ago google also visited they tries to contact and give placements to students.it has 33 lakh highest and the median is good enough as 12 lakh anually.
