College is very far away from the main city around 3km from the nearest cross baglur cross.

Course Curriculum Overview

I chose this course because of its scope and interest. The faculty are good, except one or two. All are at least Masters completed faculty and a good number of them are PHDs. Exams difficulty is moderate and the exam pattern is that there will be three Mid sem- MSE exams and one End sem- SEE exam per semester.

Class Size: 70Course Fees: INR 260000 per year

Fees and Financial Aid

As of now fee for COMEDK students is around 2.6 lakh for college and 1.15 lakh for hostel and mess. Around 15k is increased for the hostel every year There is no scholarship or financial assistance given by the college. If joined through KCET, by default fee will be less

Campus Life

Anaadyanta is the annual fest to which celebrities like Darshan Rawal have come. Plenty of books are available in the library. The classroom has Good benches and a projector. There is a football ground, Basketball court, and volleyball court.

Hostel Facilities

For freshers, a twin sharing room is provided with one well spacious cupboard, and one study table. Food is very good and not so bad, only issue is non veg is provided only once a week Hostel is affordable considering its Bangalore.

Hostel Fee: INR 115000 per year

Admission

One can join the college through Management Quota or else write an entrance exam either KCET which is exclusively for Karnataka students or COMEDK for All India students. COMEDK is conducted every year and details can be found on the COMEDK website. If joined through KCET fee is a bit more affordable which us subsidised by the state government. KCET and COMEDK should be merged.

From 7th semester onwards students become eligible for campus placement. Top companies that visited NITK: Microsoft,Google,Amazon,Adobe,Goldman sachs,Uber,Oracle,Morgan stanley,Samsung R and D ,TCS,Infosys,Dell,bajaj auto,Reliance etc. overall 190-220+ companies visited campus . Best Kept Secret

Course Curriculum Overview:

The curriculum for this year is the updated one. Its 2025 Scheme for the students. The curriculum is well designed according to the needs of CSE students for real life coding. The curriculum contains all required and updated topics which students from CSE background require to develop excellent skills for jobs and startups. There should be only one internal exam instead of two. Because, two internal exams tend to keep them involved more into college exams leaving very less time to build their extra skills. Thus there should be only one internal exam so that students can build their extra skills.

Placement Experience:

The students become eligible for campus placement from 7th sem. A lot of companies visit the campus,around 300 companies visit and around 1200 offers are made. The big ones are oracle, natwest, ring central,visa. The highest package is around 35 lpa, the average is around 10 lpa. Around 65% students do get placed. My plans are to get a good job after this degree.

Course Curriculum Overview:

My father influenced me to choose b.pharm. This college does not have any smart classes. I think that is a need. But the exams are frequent every semester. Question papers are moderately hard but studying for 2-3 months for a semester can easily get you passed. As the college doesnot provide placements it may be hard after passing out
