Course Curriculum Overview

The faculty is generally good. The teachers are considerate of the situation if there is an emergency and can accommodate accordingly. The professors are PhD level and above. The exams are held on time and passing them is easy if you have studied well.

Placement Experience

4.5

The placements in NSUT are good. Students are eligible to sit for placements from the 7th semester itself. Companies like Google, Microsoft etc. visit it every year to hire students. The highest package in 2022 was 1.2 crores and the average goes to 16 LPA. Almost 90% of the students get placed and the rest pursue higher studies. I'm planning on pursuing higher education after getting my degree.

Fees and Financial Aid

Since it is a government college, the fee is approximately 10 lakhs for the entire 4-year btech course. The campus jobs are good with top software companies like Google, Amazon and Microsoft coming for campus placements.

Campus Life

The annual cultural fest held in NSUT is the moksha-innovation, it is a 3-day fest with loads of stalls and performances by celebrity singers. It's held in the month of February-March. The classes for first years are held in the APJ lecture halls and are equipped with top-class seats and screens. We have a sports ground and sports like badminton, cricket, tennis, basketball etc. There are various societies students can join.

Admission

Admission to this college is through JAC Delhi counselling. The admission here is based on your rank and performance in the JEE Mains exam. There are generally 5 rounds held in which the cutoff for various streams varies from round to round.

Placement Experience:

From second year onwards... student are given access to Traning and placement department... Most 2nd, 3rd years are eligible for intership offers and 3rd years are eligible for job offers. Ebullient (85LPA) is the highest offer provided, Avg package is around 17LPA. but but only 37% student has been placed this FY till now (placements are still going on)

In Delhi technological University , the campus placements are very high and students placed on campus. Delhi technological University Are very good at campus placements. Over 350 to 400 companies reach delhi technological university for on campus hiring of students.

Placement Experience:

3rd and 4th year students are eligible for placements, less students from 3rd year Amazon, google, atlassian visited this college, less offers for high packages Highest packages are 1.3cpa, 95lpa and also there are some packages over 50lpa Lowest are 3lpa, in mass recruitment people get 3-4lpa In 2022, placement numbers are good, but in 2023 2024 less placement offers as compared to total students My plans are try to find off campus placement, but also sit in on campus placement

Placement is so good for our branch it's 18 lpa and go much higher but you have to work hard for it and gain knowledge and some big companies also much for placement it's better to challenge your self

Placement Experience:

Campus placement is really nice approx 70-80% students got placed with very nice pavkage. The packages are also really nice. Some MNC's offer very high pavkage also. The average package here is 7 lakh per annum.

Overview of DTU

Placement Experience:

Students are available to get placed starting sem 7, the placements of my college are great, it's fairly easy to get placed, most students get placed by the end of sem 8, Companies like Adobe, Google, Microsoft, Amazon come to our college, the highest placed student this year was 80 lakhs, all the companies mentioned above took atleast 4-10, students. Around 80% students are placed for sure, My plans after getting the degree is to become a content creator whole doing my job, trying to balance everything, also i have plans to start my own business

All about NSUT

I got into this college through the JEE mains exam I selected this college specifically to take admission in the computer science branch as it has great placements over all. Comparing this college to DTU or some mid level iits I would say that as far as placements are considered they all line on the same level and did you as a little bit chiller college life compared to nsuity but yes overall the placements are more or less the same level of these colleges...Read More
