A Students Perspective

The course curriculum is nicely designed, but it is very old. Old methods are discussed and topics do not really match the industrial standards. Faculty members are very good and always try to help students. I chose the course because I had a great interest in mechanical engineering. faculty to student ratio is okay 1 faculty to 50 students. The faculty are well-qualified professors from IIT and other well-known institutes in India and other foreign countries, but their teaching methods are very old just focusing on passing the exam. Four exams happen every semester. The difficulty level of the exam is medium.

The overall placement of the college is good, approximately 90% of students got placed in the year 2022. Students become eligible for the placements from the 7th semester onwards. The companies that have visited in 2022 are Microsoft, Amazon, Flipkart, info sis, intel, cred,chalo, oracle, bajaj, Axis Bank, dolat, Info Edge, Samsung, and many more, a total of 90+ companies, and made an offer of 350+ The highest package was 82 lakhs in the year 2022 and average package was 21.63 lakhs. My plan initially after getting my degree is to do Jon in a service-based company for some years and want to make my own startup.

The tuition fee of our course is approx 83000 per semester. There are many scholarships in the campus some by the government and some by institution like MCM(merit cum basis). It is based on your jee mains rank in first year and for second year onwards it is based on your cpi. Teir is no such fees hick policy in the campus fees are fixed according to your course and year. The cost of living in campus apart from tuition fess is like 11000 for the hostel and 15000 for the mess al are for per semester.

The campus life is very nice. There are many clubs according to your interest you can join. The infrastructure is well maintained. Many fests, like the Tarang, and Abhikalpan are cultural fests that are organized in November or December of every year. Almost every book and journal is available in the library. You can get books for every competitive exam and others also. All the necessary amenities are available in classrooms like ac, projector, drinking water, etc. There are almost clubs for every sport like cricket , football, badminton and many more.

you can get into this college by giving jee mains. After jee applies for Jossa or csab counseling. you can get this course up to 65k all India rank in Jee mains by general category. You can also get reservation benefits according to your caste. You can find the application for the exam at the NTA site, the form is approximately of 600 rupees. Overall the admission process is very easy and does not require any changes.
