Course Curriculum Overview

The course was new and was in talk. The placement heard was also quite similar to computer allied branches. The teaching faculty is very good and starts everything from basics. They keep all children on an equal level.

Class Size: 91Course Fees: INR 56000 per year

Internships Opportunities

If anyone gets selected for an internship the avg stipend they get is between 60k-80k. The internship is online and for minimum of 6 months. The main key point to note is to learn the basics of maths and language to impress the company.

Placement Experience

From 4 yr mid campus activities start students are trained by the TPO. Companies that provide internships sometimes offers job opportunity but in rare case. Companies like Nvidia, Amazon, etc come for interviews.

Fees and Financial Aid

The seat reservation costs 500000 and the annual fee is 56000. The total fees of any engineering college are around 700000-800000. This college provides compulsory internship to students in 3 yr end to know the industry very well.

Campus Life

There are 3 main tech fests held which have 1 cultural 1sports and one normal fest. The campus is enough to be called campus. There are 100+ clubs to participate in. These clubs engage students and develop their social skills.

Admission

Applied just after the board results and the the college guided me for admission. They suggested the documents for admission. They requested to fulfill the documents ASAP to book the seat. Some seats were reserved on 1attempt jee marks.

DY Patil college is best for placement and coding environment

Placement Experience:

The placement is good in Y Patil College. Many companies are come for hiring a student. Most of students are placed in fourth year from fourth year. The companies are started to come in campus and higher students. Also, in a third year, Student want to get internship in any companies from campus and from outside of the campus internship is compulsory in third year last semester The company are come in my college are Amazon Google infosys Microsoft WIpro and other companies hire students The highest package of last year of AI and DS department is a 42 lakh higher by Amazon is the highest package of the last year placement. Also, the average packages are six lakh. The percentage of getting Student place in companies are nearly 92%

We have a great Training and placement cell , they first help for inturnship in 3rd and 4th year and also invites top componies for placements in our collage. 6th or 7th sem students are eligible for placements. 80% studnets among the eligible get placed. I will try to get a dencnt job too.

From the 7th semester onwards students are eligible for campus placement drive. Companies that often visit campus for placement include ONGC, GAIL, IGL, IOCL, NRL, SAIL, Hindalco, Carin oil and gas, Reliance, Vedanta, Tata Power, Nyara, Tata projects and many more oil and gas industries, metal industries. The highest package: is 24 lpa ( given by ONGC) and the average package: is 13 lpa for Fire and safety profiles. Usually, all students get placed in the placement drive. I will do the job in the company I got placed in.

Honest Review on VIT, Pune

Except for VIT, Pune, I had applied to colleges like PCCOE, PICT and etc colleges located in Pune itself. My JEE rank was around 77000 or 91.12 percentile and my CET percentile was 96.4, so I couldnt get into PICT. Even if i wanetd to get into PICT, i was getting the EnTC branch, which i didnt want. The admission process included firstly of CAP round followed by SPOT round. The cutoff for various branches depends on the CET and JEE Merit rank/percentile that you have got and on the basis of that youll get the branches in CAP or SPOT round....Read More
