Likes

Placement of nsut is excellent and full of opportunities.
There are various society to improve you personality.
Library is well maintained and coding culture is good.

Dislikes

Sports facilities are less and not maintained.
Attendance is 75 percent mandatory which is a big con.
Infrastructure is old and needs improvement.

Course Curriculum Overview

The course in electrical engineering is good. It is quite tough but manageable. You have to maintain gpa from the first year itself to unlock various future opportunities. You can opt for a gate exam too.

Internships Opportunities

There are enough internship opportunities to make a good career for yourself. You can get internship from 3rd year onwards and big companies like Microsoft, Google, Adobe, sprinkler, BlackRock, etc came.

Placement Experience

The placement of the NSUT is excellent. The average package is 15lpa and for its branches it is 20lpa. There are various internship and placement opportunities and seniors are also helpful. The training and placement cell of the college is active.

Fees and Financial Aid

It charges 2.5 lac per year excluding hostel fees if you opt for it. You can get various scholarships which include financial-based scholarships and merit-based scholarships. The campus provides various job opportunities.

Campus Life

Life on campus is exciting and full of opportunities. You can join various societies like drama, debate society, gaming, art, music, dance, etc. The library is well maintained and you can find the books you need.

Admission

You have to take the JEE entrance exam conducted by nta twice in a session. For application refer to nta official website. Reservation is applicable for ews, OBC, SC, and ST candidates. The fee for the entrance exam is 1500.

Placement Experience:

From second year onwards... student are given access to Traning and placement department... Most 2nd, 3rd years are eligible for intership offers and 3rd years are eligible for job offers. Ebullient (85LPA) is the highest offer provided, Avg package is around 17LPA. but but only 37% student has been placed this FY till now (placements are still going on)

In Delhi technological University , the campus placements are very high and students placed on campus. Delhi technological University Are very good at campus placements. Over 350 to 400 companies reach delhi technological university for on campus hiring of students.

3rd and 4th year students are eligible for placements, less students from 3rd year Amazon, google, atlassian visited this college, less offers for high packages Highest packages are 1.3cpa, 95lpa and also there are some packages over 50lpa Lowest are 3lpa, in mass recruitment people get 3-4lpa In 2022, placement numbers are good, but in 2023 2024 less placement offers as compared to total students My plans are try to find off campus placement, but also sit in on campus placement

Placement is so good for our branch it's 18 lpa and go much higher but you have to work hard for it and gain knowledge and some big companies also much for placement it's better to challenge your self

Placement Experience:

Campus placement is really nice approx 70-80% students got placed with very nice pavkage. The packages are also really nice. Some MNC's offer very high pavkage also. The average package here is 7 lakh per annum.

Overview of DTU

Placement Experience:

Students are available to get placed starting sem 7, the placements of my college are great, it's fairly easy to get placed, most students get placed by the end of sem 8, Companies like Adobe, Google, Microsoft, Amazon come to our college, the highest placed student this year was 80 lakhs, all the companies mentioned above took atleast 4-10, students. Around 80% students are placed for sure, My plans after getting the degree is to become a content creator whole doing my job, trying to balance everything, also i have plans to start my own business

All about NSUT

I got into this college through the JEE mains exam I selected this college specifically to take admission in the computer science branch as it has great placements over all. Comparing this college to DTU or some mid level iits I would say that as far as placements are considered they all line on the same level and did you as a little bit chiller college life compared to nsuity but yes overall the placements are more or less the same level of these colleges...Read More

I didn't apply to any other college as I wanted to enter NSUT. Admission process of my college is through JEE mains exam. 95+ percentile for good branches but it depends on categories as well. The admission gets done by JAC counsil whoch consists of 4-5 colleges....Read More
