Campus learning opportunities and infrastructure of the campus

Course Curriculum Overview

I have chosen IT in btech because I have found my interest in this course. There will be 70 students in each class so that is fair enough for the faculty to teach in an appropriate manner. Our faculty was very good in terms of teaching. So there was no major difficulty in understanding what faculty is teaching. Our mid-term exams were very soon as I had come late to college because the admission process for diploma holders had been very late. So I personally felt some difficulty in writing the first mid-exams

Placement Experience

Companies that visited our company were Wipro Infosys tcs. The average package was 3.5lpa and the highest package was 20lpa. My plans after getting the degree were to try my best for placements as there are 2years left I will focus more on improving my skills

Fees and Financial Aid

Our college fee structure was 135000 per year. As I have the benefit of a Schlorship opportunity 35000 has been provided by the government remaining 100000 is being paid by myself. This is my first year in this college so I am not relevant about the affordability in this college.

Campus Life

Campus Life in this college is very good. As far as I know, there are many clubs that are run by students who are being successful. This helps the students in many ways. IEEE is one of the clubs which is run by students on our campus. Likewise, there are many clubs.

Admission

I have completed my diploma and I have written the TS ECET exam for my admission into Btech College. I secured a rank of 274 in this entrance exam so after that I applied to colleges through the counselling process I got into Anurag University in Information Technology. So joined it by paying the tuition fee of 100000. The remaining 35000 was given by the government to the college by means of a Scholarship

VCE: Talent meets Opportunity

Placement Experience:

I saw many of my seniors getting internships from their 4th semester itself. But they are not campus placements. They apply outside college and try. I think after 5th or 6th semester students are elligible tfor campus placements. I heard than 80+ companies visited our as we are considered to be one of the top colleges in telangana. ServiceNow, Oracle, Qualcomm these are the most visited. Top companies like Google, Microsoft, CISCO, VISA, Salesforce also visited. Still so many there i don't remember all of them. I heard that 90% to 95% students get placed. In 2024 42.6LPA was the highest package I don't remember the student name. My plans are simple. Get a high paid job, work for 2 to 3 years and do M.tech for better oppurtunities.

My honest review

Placement Experience:

I am not sure about the answer to this question but I think students are officially eligible to sit in the campus placements from 7th semester. A student must have a minimum of 7.5CGPA to get a chance to access the placement rounds. Oracle, google, tata, Infosys, service now and a lot more companies visited our campus. Highest package is around 50LPA which is on campus. And off campus it's around 1cr. The aversge package depends on the branch. My branch's average package is around 8 to 9 LPA I guess. Almost 90 percent of the students get placed here in vasavi

I didn't knew much about the colllege at the starting, but i was lucky enough to get this anurag university. Because i have seen how an engineering environment be like in my diploma college. so this college is actually providing way more than i expect. In every feild, it is giving the best like study, fun activities, sports, tech clubs, events,etcc. Admission process has 2 was, by getting a seat with a merit in entrance exam or directly buying a seat in management quota. eamcet and ecet students will get a seat according to the reservations and merit and they will be getting scholarships too , while management quota students definetly needed to pay full amount of 2.8lak for year...Read More
