Course Curriculum Overview

I have intrested in this course and also intrest this field from child hood. Faculty are so good student are 180 and teacher are every section are 12 only and faculty are PhD holder semester exam is conducted in Jan and June also

Placement Experience

From sixth sem also students are eligible students are also eligible for off campus pull campus . Many companies visited tcs Microsoft Google Infosys tech Mahindra. The average package is 5 lakh and highest is 40 lakh

Fees and Financial Aid

No hike cost of study its fees is so low and cheap as compared to other colleges in Kolkata . College are no provided any scholarships but also provided loan facilities are here and like drcc and Swami Vivekananda's scholarship

In heritage many fest are conducted like Riva and like others tech fest n. Heritage library are too much good and they have many books n. Many extraa curriculum activities sports and tournaments also conducted

Admission

Your 12 marks should have. 60 percent avg and also give wbjee exam and which have a good rank minimum should have 1500 and maximum 7000 . Every year conducted wbjee entrance in April month and form is released on December month

Placement in our college is descent . Students typically become eligible for campus placement starting from the 5th Semester. For CSE/IT companies like TCS,CTS ,WIPRO, ACCENTURE etc... come for the placements. For Core branches like EE,ECE,ME Companies like L &T ,samsung, TATA Steel etc...come for offers. The highest package is around 8 to 10 LPA and the average is around 4 to 5 LPA. 70% to 80% of RCCIIT generally get placed across varios department. My plan is to persue MS from abroad/.

Students become eligible for campus placement starting from 6th semester ,meanwhile u can also get paid internship from 5th semester itself .The companies which visited the campus most frequently are Cognizant ,TCS ,Infosys ,IBM ,PwC ,BMC ,Tavisca ,Wipro ,Amazon .Tavisca provided over 12 LPA while BMC provided over 14 LPA ,meanwhile in 2024 ,a new record of highest package emerged which is of 21 LPA.The Average package is 480,000 rupee CTC .Over 80 to 90% of students are placed and the college has a very good alumni network which provides u with referrals and possible jobs.I plan to join a IT company after getting my degree

Good for placements, excellent hostel life and good to learn, apply and fun. A college for all round development.

Placement ratio of the college is very good, cadets start getting placements from 2nd year but majorly the mass placement process starts from 3rd year. The packages ranges from 400-1200 USD as an engine cadet. There are major companies such as CHEVRON, MSC, DYNAGAS, NYK, FLEET MANAGEMENT, PACIFIC BASIN, MOL, IOCL, ZODIAC MARITIME, TORM TANKERS, etc that visit the college for placements every year. I know Global institute of technology and management college where I started my Btech in mechanical engineering course is one of the great college in west Bengal for Btech but in these period during lock down causes of covid 19 our classes are not going very well. But although teachers are doing there best for teaching us all subjects and they also supporting us all the time. So I thik this will be a new experience with all of this. But one thing they always putting us pressure for submit money I mean fees from one month ago of the submission date of our fees. Nothing else just hoping for the best for future.

Hi I am a student in hit kolkata.Admission is taken through both wbjee and jee main score. Especially for computer science a rank of around 4000 can secure you a place ,may vary a little bit. Talking about the application form it will come on the wbjee web page .Application fee is 500. Application dates will be updated on the official website. There are reservation benefits in college based on category,family income like twf in which semester fees is reduced. Before admission process there ocurrs 2 round of counselling and a mop up round.Then the admission in which a amount of around 70000 is paid through cash or online medium. Coming to the college aspect the main things to talk about are infrastructure,teaching and teachers, food ,water .And all these things are pretty good.There are some more needs like sports facilities so there is playground in which you can play.There is also some programs keep happening at certain times to keep your mind free after hours of classes. Unveiling HITK

So, basically i gave all engineering exams and i got good marks in jee as well as in wbjee but waiting for jee councelling to get decent college of my choice unfortunately i did not got what i was expecting and thus throung my jee marks i got admission in hitk which is also a decent college.
