Course Curriculum Overview

I chose this course as I want to do data analytics later on. Most teachers are qualified with close to 70% being PhD holders. Teaching methods are good but like every college, there are a few bad teachers here too but most of the faculty are good.

Internships Opportunities

Again I joined college only two months back so I don't know about projects or internships to a good extent yet but there are a lot of opportunities supported by college and student clubs too so I would say make use of them.

Placement Experience

4.5

Students are eligible for placements from the 6th or 7th semester but I may be wrong. Im not sure about average placements this year as the process is still ongoing but all departments including mechanical, aeronautical, and architecture have got some really good packages this year.

Fees and Financial Aid

Not sure about the fee hike or scholarships available. Still in my first year so I'm not the right person to ask about campus jobs or stipends. But the college does provide good opportunities and if you make use of them I guess you'll get a good job.

Campus Life

I joined college two months back so idk about college fests as it hasn't happened yet. The library has an excellent collection of textbooks and the reference section is also up to expectations. Classrooms are spacious and well-maintained. Sports are encouraged but frequency is a bit less. Again I joined only two months back so it might catch up soon. There are plenty of student clubs here.

Admission

The adoption process is easy. Got admission through CET, cutoff between 8000 and 15000 College is good would like to see more fests and co-circular activities. More interaction and activities and competitions .infrastructure and teachers are good.

RNSIT : Best college for students

Placement Experience:

The placement cell is very active in our college. Every year more than 30+ companies come to our college for recruitment . Our seniors from 7th semester get placed in many companies and before getting placed in the company our college offers internships to every student. Around 80 % of the students get placed in companies and work efficiently. The average package for civil engineering is 2.5 lakh per annum.

My College Review

Placement Experience:

RIT's placement scenario is very good, even for the most unpopular branches such as Civil Engineering. Starting from the 7th semester, students are allowed to participate in campus recruitment, and companies come to the campus for the entire final year. The major recruiting companies are L&T Construction, Shapoorji Pallonji, Brigade Group, Sobha Developers, Atkins, PWD, and Infosys for the non-core sector. Civil students on an average get ?5–6 LPA as salary, and the highest offer is usually in the range of ?12–15 LPA, depending on the company and the position. Almost 70–80% of Civil students are placed, while some of them go for higher studies or government examination.Site engineer, design engineer, planning engineer, survey engineer, and trainee engineer are the core positions that are offered. Also, non-traditional roles in IT and consulting can be taken up by those who are not interested in core engineering profiles.I will first acquire some work experience in the industry after completing my degree and then will pursue a master's degree in structural engineering to gain further specialization.

Great college with poor placement

Placement Experience:

Placements are the only bad thing about the college . Average ctc is only 4 lakhs per annum and only handful of students get actual placement.and rest get placed in either call center or training companies

Actually imnin 1st semester so I aks from seniors so they told me highest PKG of cs branch is 86LPA and machenical is 60 LPA they are off campus package and in campus 57 LPA for cse and they also give minor degree courses for placement chance is increased in cs branch 93 % students placed 125 compony visited in college in 2024-25 I plan I get job after b tech if I don't placed in campus so i tried EAE examination.

Honest review from a student who doesn't hate his college but at the same know there are multiple places for improvement

Placement Experience:

Students become elegible for placements from 7th sem onwards but we are encouraged to do internship before final itself. Most of the companies that come here aren't t1 or even t2. Highest probably would be 12L only if the student is exceptional but most would secure a package 4-6. And the percentage of students getting placed is <50%

Placement Experience:

i have 100 percent confidence on myself and the college placement .because it has 95 percent placement in it sector.the students are eligible from 5 or 6 th semester as of there.there are one of good companies who visit our college like amazon, tata, microsoft some years ago google also visited they tries to contact and give placements to students.it has 33 lakh highest and the median is good enough as 12 lakh anually.
