Course Curriculum Overview

4.5

I just wanted to learn Computer Application, with Law it is a great plus, so I thought it is a good choice. Faculties I guess, there is more than 50 subject teachers (with Contract and Guest incl) and Student will be around 150 per department. At minimum, Teachers have LLM degree (Guest Faculties) till the range of PhD(s) by experienced teachers who have 20+ experience. Their review method differs a lot, majorly having a large content in paper prevails while some teacher who are keen in every words choose quality over quantity. 6 Months a year for semester exams, which is average and easy to pass even if we study 2 days prior.

Placement Experience

3

We started to get such offers right from fourth year which are internships from practising advocates. Accenture, Insurance Companies and Fintech Cos. Average students get placed in such companies. To practice for which percentage is not necessary.

Fees and Financial Aid

As compared to any other college, this college has low fees and govt-backed, also it is an famous college, where most of the prominent judges, advocates know. Jobs and Intership will be provided by the Placement cell in the Campus, some will be availible in website and shared by Students and teachers.

Campus Life

4.5

Tantra, Pongal Celebrations, Sports event which will be conducted little often, maybe you can expect such events every 3 months There is a large array of books available both physical and Online in Cyber cell. You'll find a pair of ACs enough to cool the room with many fans, a projector and speaker podium infront of the class. Football/Hockey ground, Cricket/ Volleyball/Badminton nets and indoor games like Table tennis, Carrom and chess. NCC, College-run Journals (Lexcellence), many social groups to help societies.

Admission

During 2019- The eligiblity for the BCALLB course was minimum of 70% with Computer background (Commerce with Computer Subject could apply too) There were many reservations, [Ex-servicemen, Eminent Sports Person, Tribes etc] The application form was to be collected from the college itself, but now the whole process in online. Online admission was my suggestion, which they did.

Placements are very mediocre. Few companies like Zoho, Agarwal, Etc visit for campus interviews but they offer less package. As for my knowledge maybe 2-5% get placed. I plan to practice as an advoca after graduating.
