This college was listed among 20 best colleges in india and very popular among peers. Though vit is onown for its engineering department law school is not that less. The college accepts all natinal level law entrance scores.

For Law we have to write the national level entrance exam. VIT accepts both CLAT and LSAT. I chose this college due to its reputation,amenities and placement packages. I had gotten placement in several other universities like symbiosis and Jindals but I opted VIT due to its proximity.

Eligibility of the course is to finish 12th grade, should hv written clat examination, clat is difficult exam but attending and scoring a decent mark is enough, application for will be available in the official website

The application form will be available in the online mode only..Admission process will go on with interviews,Group discussions and CLAT scorecard and attending clat entrance is mandatory to join vitsol

There is no consideration of your 11th and 12th subject. I didn't avail any kind of reservation. I wrote CLAT (law entrance exam) and there are also other entrance for VIT law school. The exam was pretty difficult I would rate 7/10 in difficulty of the entrance exam

The admission was based on CLAT score and 12th board percentage. Once these two criteria has bees passed then there exists two more levels, that is, personal interview and group discussion through which the admission process comes to a conclusion.

Based on my assessment I can say that the syllabus and course curriculum that the university is following is strictly in accordance with the guidelines of the Bar Council of India for a bachelor's level program in the domain of legal studies. VIT has adopted semester wise system of examination for most of the undergraduate programs. That is exams are held twice in one year and are spaced by 6 months.
