The course of mechanical and automation engineering is the best way to learn more about mechanical engineering with automation in it which opens the path to diverse fields. Faculty is also very supportive and good they will help you in every aspect of your college life and will also support you in extracurricular activities in college. Faculty members are from prestigious institutes such as IITs, nits etc., and are very good at teaching. Term exams come every semester at the end and sometimes they are difficult and sometimes not but if you study you will pass it.

Almost all students are given on-campus placements, and the college also tries to place as many students as possible. The college is good. The college even organizes mock interviews, which help in confidence building. Students get average salary packages, and the number of placements is increasing every year. The highest campus placement for the CS and IT branches is 50 LPA to 60 LPA, whereas the placement records for other branches are not that great but are slowly increasing every year.

Fees of IPU colleges are very low compared to govt. Institutes and there are various schemes and policies provided by the college for students which are also mentioned on the website. This will help students who are not financially strong.

Campus Life is pretty good there are various societies for dance, singing, drones, cars, etc. The annual cultural and technical fest i.e. techsurge and mridang happens on the campus. Classrooms are air-conditioned and have projector facilities also. Sports activities are active but not that much and sports meets also happen at the University
