Course Curriculum Overview

I chose this course because I want to graduate on the subject from this college. There are so many faculties in the specific course. They all have doctorate degrees, and their teaching style is also great.

Class Size: 50Course Fees: INR 2000 per year

Fees and Financial Aid

The cost of this course is so much less as compared to others being a government college. And we can also get scholarships for the given course just like SVMCM and others. Though we can not get direct jobs from the campus there's a high chance of getting jobs in different ways.

Campus Life

We have an annual fest called Nobinboron around February month every year. There's a library in the department, and many books and journals are available there. The classrooms are also great with many lights and there is also a projector in each class

Admission

Anyone who completed 10+2 can get admission to this college. We can get the application form and updates ar the college website. Very good environment, and a friendly atmosphere, the professors are great, and their behaviour and teaching style are also unique.

The curriculum was well-structured, and each semester, there were projects and presentations that also helped to test our knowledge. I got influenced as the curriculum provides us with financial economics, political economics, and Applied mathematics. The level of the exams was decent, related to the course. They could improve in teaching more practical knowledge and projects related to that, instead of only learning in a theoretical way.

Placement Experience:

Placements and job oppurtinities are less since this is an undergraduate college offwering honours degree. Though there is a placement and career councelling cell that looks over this matter. Placements are offered only in a few subjects, such as industrial chemisrty and computer science. The rate of placements are very high and come with high packages. Though I am not interested in placements, but I have started taking preparations for compititive exams. Such preparations are very supported here, rather than jobs and placements.
