YCCE: Where Your Journey Accelerates

The course curriculum is up to date and meets the industry demands. It is not long and helps to build the technical growth of the student from the First Year itself. There is a faculty available for every 100 students. The faculty is well qualified and enriched with honours and Phds. Their teaching methodology is outstanding. The focus is on practical education. Faculties encourage on development of technical skills through real-time working projects and club activities. Term exams are taken on a timely basis. There is a sufficient gap between the exams to cover the syllabus and easy grasping of concepts. The exams can be easily passed by a student if he revises the concepts consistently. No extra tuition or coaching is required to pass the exams.

Every student has to mandatorily do an internship. The student need not have any pre-requisite knowledge or skills to be eligible for the internship. Every student is eligible for an internship. The student is trained from the beginning for the internship. Some interships that the college offers are from Oasis, Infobyte. These are personalized live training. Students do not have to pay for it. Students also get a stipend for their excellence in the training period. Student work on various projects during their internship. They develop industry-specific knowledge and become aware of the trends in their respective domains.

After the 7th semester, students are eligible for placements. More than 120 companies are visiting the campus for recruitment: Amazon, Cognizant, Capgemini, Persistent, etc. A highly eligible candidate gets at least 2-3 offers. The highest package is 12 lakhs and the average is 6 lakhs. Nearly 60% of students get placed. My plan after the degree is to get placed in a decent and responsible job for some years.

The fee structure is based on economic status. Fees and costs are very nominal. Most of the students are eligible for scholarships. They have to pay nearly half of their fees and the rest is paid by the scholarship scheme under which a student is eligible.

The greatest annual festival is "YASH" which is celebrated for a week every year. Its preparation starts one month before. Seniors, juniors, non-teaching staff, and faculties: everyone enjoys a lot together. It is like Diwali. The library is open to every student. Even on Sundays, the library is open for specified hours. Students can study in the library hall equipped with benches, study tables, and a strong Wi-Fi connection. There is also an open-source computer library of 100 PCs where students can freely access the PCs. Students can bring their laptops. The library also provides charging ports for laptops. There is a study room too. Magazines, books, and journals add to the tranquility of the library. The college also emphasizes extra-curricular activities through various sports clubs and tournaments. Through sports commitment team spirit and sportsmanship are encouraged. Cricket, hockey, basketball, and chess are played widely. We also have a yoga center exclusively for students.

I was eligible for admission as I had 85.5 percent in JEE Mains. I belong to the OPEN category. Through the CAP Round, the admission process became very easy. We had to apply online on the CAP website of Maharashtra. Application forms, fees, and details of reservation were all available there. The admission process is very efficient and robust. I am satisfied with the admission process and the seat alloted to me.
