Course Curriculum Overview

I was interested in this course so I chose it here student faculty ratio is 12:1 and has almost 2000 faculties. every faculty is well educated and their teaching method is so good they provide slides and give us real-life examples. Exams were taken timely and the question standard is moderate to hard and sometimes easy to moderate

Class Size: 84Course Fees: INR 350000 per year

Internships Opportunities

Cosgrid networks, cognizant, IBM GBS, Salesforce, Deloitte, Infosys, Amazon, HighRadius. The stipend is around 14k pm. There are alot of projects and outcomes after doing courses like CSE, IT, CSSE, and CSCE. I don't have much knowledge about projects

Placement Experience

From 6 th semester onwards students become eligible for placement. Various top companies come for placement. In 2022 highest package was 62LPA and the average was 7-8 LPA. 100% placement is assured by the college. My plan is to go for higher studies

Fees and Financial Aid

Recently the fees have been increased due to the high demand is CSE, and I would say it's worth it if anyone studies well. There are scholarships for the highest scorer top 100 students (10k/sem)loan options are also there

Campus Life

KIIT Fest is always held between January to March and other tech fests heads on almost every month. All kinds of books and journals are available in libraries from different branches and also in the Central Library. There are a lot of options for extracurriculars and sports.KIIT supports all students. There are around 23 societies run by students as well as college authorities

Admission

60% in the 12th board with PCM. application form is available on the official website of KIIT with 0 application fees.... application date varies every year but the maximum starts in December....I didn't avail of any reservation benefits

IIITB is best!

Placement Experience:

I am in my final year and 80% of my classmates including me are already placed. All top MNCs comes to our campus and currently most students are placed in the ranked of 10-20 LPA of CSE branch and top placement was of 52 LPA.

Placement Experience:

the placement is also not that much great. they are very few companies TCS and Infosys are the mass recuriter here . The core companies are close to null . So you have to go to only to the IT companies that to at a very low package . My students work for as low as 2.5 lac per annum . This year almost everybody was between 3lac to 10lac bracket . The highest on campus package are about 25 lac . Not more than that most of time. and the average package is almost about 3-4 lac per annum . The percentage of the students placed is also really bad . Most of the students have to hurdle by himself.

Placement Experience:

From 5/6 semester students are eligible for campus placements. Companies like tcs, Wipro, Cisco, etc are visited for placement. Highest package was 18 lacs per annual. My plan was to have a good job in any it company.

1.Like i did not apply so many colleges but i got selected in my state government college in it branch but i did not go there becuase there not so many companies comes for placement and internship and there not a much opportunity 2. Kiit honest opinion

REVIEW OF KIIT FROM A SECOND YEAR STUDENT

Apart from KIIT I also applied for PES university, VIT. I got confirmed admission in CSE branch of these colleges but these colleges are far away from my home. So distance is one of the main factors for not choosing other colleges instead of KIIT. For taking admission in KIIT one has to appear in the KIITEE examination which is conducted in CBT mode. After the exam result will be declared within a month. Then one has to sit for counselling for choosing the branch of their choice. The cutoff score is different for all the three phases. For example in 2023, a student securing 15 percentile in KIITEE got CSE core branch but in the second phase the cutoff for CSE core raised to 75 percentile....Read More

KIIT dairies

I also applied for ITER ,BUT I found this college better interns of industrial trainings and placement point of view.so I took admission in this . No I didn't get rejecteions form other colleges.i git a very nice academic career so I don't have the face these things . KIIT has lost it's eminence and it's fame for quality education and good placement records
