After completion of my inter, i had appeared for state entrance orissa joint entrance examination and qualified through it and joined in the college.

Course Curriculum Overview

Initially we were under bput but after completion of 1yr we were migrated from bput to our own deemed university. We thought that we were tried to be cheated but later understood its advantages which was properly explained by our professor

Internships Opportunities

We enjoyed staying in college for our peojwct work. There was an option given to us whether to go on an internship or to stay back at college and continue with the project and we did the right thing by staying back and enjoyed aome very good moments.

Placement Experience

Placement opportunities in our college was very less as compared to that of an udeemed university. Trainings that were given were based only on students academic performance. Lot of bpo's were being brought instead of one good company

College Events

Just like other colleges we too hadcollege fesrival which is celebrated bvery well every year.

Faculty

Faculty was awesome when we joined the college. After we were migrated to university the quality of the faculty went down totally low. Hardly did any one know how to teach to a btech student as they were also recently passed out from btech

Placement Experience:

the placement is also not that much great. they are very few companies TCS and Infosys are the mass recuriter here . The core companies are close to null . So you have to go to only to the IT companies that to at a very low package . My students work for as low as 2.5 lac per annum . This year almost everybody was between 3lac to 10lac bracket . The highest on campus package are about 25 lac . Not more than that most of time. and the average package is almost about 3-4 lac per annum . The percentage of the students placed is also really bad . Most of the students have to hurdle by himself.

Placement Experience:

From seventh semester students are eligible for campus placements. Companies like TCS, GOOGLE, MICROSOFT, AMAZON, SAMSUNG visited and about 7 to 8 lakh rupees package they are giving. Highest placement is 1.5 crore and the average package is 8 to 9 lakh rupees. About 70 percent students getting placed. I want to job in MICROSOFT.

Placement Experience:

From 7th sem the students became eligible for campus selection. Companies like Infosys, EVEREADY, ACC , ultratech and many more offering annual packages starting from 2lakhs to 8lakhs. Highest 8lakhs annual packages and average was like 3.5lakh to 4.5 lakh. Approximately 70 to 80 percentage of students are getting placements every year. After getting the degree i want to do a job in electrical companies.

Course Curriculum Overview:

I choose this course because at first I was interested to automobile engineering but I didn't got it from other college so I preffered this mechanical engineering. It is a very though course as it seems. And there was 1:7 for faculty and student ratio. Faculties were highly qualified and some did PhD and m. Tech and other are fresher. The teaching skill differ person to person. The thermodynamics faculty was very excellent. In every year there was 2 semester and it is a little difficult. And before semester there was internal and viva.
