Magazine: Purabi- As name suggests “from east” its stands for the college. Magazine has various sections in English, Hindi and Oriya languages. Magazine is being a strong medium for the students to display their talent.

college environment and the reading environment was conducive

Its was little outskirt from main town . So travelling during holiday to Bus stop or train stain was expensive

Admission:

Admission process was on the basis of merit. From OJEE rank. Then depending on the cuttoff mark we were allocated branch . As core branch have more demand . good ranks as mandatory to get branch of your choice

Course Curriculum Overview:

4 yr course.Each yr hav 2 semesters.Total 8 semesters.90% present mandatory for exam.And then practical classes were also really helpfull and compulsory.So we hav to give balance to our theory and practical classes.And also in those 4 yrs college gave you 2 study tour in which you can gain knowledge.

Admission:

They have good teachers with good knowledge. But they must provide other facilities for placements. They must provide aptitude and other courses which are helpful during placement. They must work on placement field.

College management was supportive at times we had complains of some not listening to the demands of the students of exam rules and all.

As east is an NRI college so I opted it. It's campus is very good with good hostel facility this is one of the best college in odissa the course curriculum is very good the sylabus is based on IIT pattern.
