First year students are made to study all sort of different subjects which wont be used later but its due to the normal curriculum of all btwch student. Exams are taken in 2 sets... Mid sems, end sems and frequemt quizes are also conductrd for the help of students

College motivates students to do company projects for internships a lot. A different sector names the studenr training and placement cell is always active for studenta seeking out for help in these feilds

Placements are mid. 100% placement is just a myth. You have ti work really hard here to get a good placement because kiit is a 3teir college. Toppers may get good packages depending on the company offering them.

Tution fee is approximately 2lakh per semester making it a total of around 4lalh per year. Hostel fees range from 30k to 75k depending on the type of hostel (ac or non ac) Mess fees are around 25-26k.

Camous life is amazing. The annual fest of KIIT is kiitfest and it is a 3 days long fest. This year they had 80+ events with 2 Star nights featuring dhwani bhanushali and badshah. Sports and cultural axtivities are kept in mind nicely. KSAC the official student activity body is very event with diffeerent socities.

Some common Facilities in room include Fan Bed Mattresses Table Chair Cupboard Bathroom utilities And ac if opted for. There are also rooms that come with attached bathroom but for that you have to pay a little more

I also applied for LPU and thappar institue and got addmitted in LPU but i came to KIIT because it was near to my hometown and its really renowned in the area i live in. I got rejected by a few colleges to and it was basically because of my pack in knowledge

Overall Faculty is really good. Some Proffesors are really friendly and they will help any time but some avoid having conversation. If you are lucky enough to get good faculty you will have a good time here.

There was no gd before the admission only an exam named kiitee is taken annually for different coarse. For btech it is conducted thrice in an year in different phases The cost of exam is free so anyone can fill the form if interested.

Nightlife is not a great point of college. All hoatels have in-times of around 7 for first years. In campus hostel provide gardens where studenta can roam around at night but its a no no for off campus students.
