Course Curriculum Overview

Good faculty. High class education with standard laboratory Decipline is key factor in this institution. I feel very friendly environment in this organisation. My personal experience in this organisation in the research field also good. We did good projects.

Placement Experience

Placement 100% here MNC companies like Mandi India pvt ltd. Musashi auto parts pvt ltd. Rane engine valve limited etc. These companies came for campus

College Events

Annual function. Cricket turnament. Extra curricular activities.Techno fest organized for each years. Extra curricular activities done on this organisation.lots of fun there. I participated most of the activities. So I must say any one want good future can go for this institution

Fee Structure And Facilities

Affordable (according to other top class colleges) Total cost for graduation approximately 2lacs. Other charges like hostel and food another 1.5 lacs for 4 years. It depends upon students how they are spending.Transport facilities are available for local for local hostel

No I didn't but option are available. If the annual income of the family is less than 1lac then loan can be opted.

campus life is good. Here unity in diversity. People arounds India study here. People are cooperative. Hostel staffs are good. Even canteen staff also. You will get good canteen food at affordable prices just because of canteen staff and management.go for it.

Alumni/Alumna

Of course. The alumni network is strong. It will help students in their professional field. Even I got help from them.

Admission

There are oppertunity for mechanical engineer so I opted.First you need to give entrance exam to JEE. Then according to your rank you will get chance. My suggestion of you want to take admission work hard before the entrance examination. Examination not tough but you need to work hard on it.

Faculty

They are the best faculty I had I thankful college administration for this. Best knowledge faculty are there. They are the actual jweal of the institute. They take each student personal care. I personally feels about there care. One of my Sir deb sir is my favorite teacher.

College provides decent placement. For it and software sector placement here is quite good but for core beaches placement is average but still lots of companies for core beaches come. Nearly 105 companies have already visited our college as per the current placement cell information. My Honest Experience at KIIT University B.Tech CSE

Placement Experience:

Placements at KIIT University for B.Tech CSE are decent and well structured, especially for students who prepare consistently. Students become eligible for campus placements from the 7th semester, although pre placement talks training sessions and internships start from the 5th or 6th semester. The university has a centralized placement cell that coordinates training aptitude tests mock interviews and company drives. Many reputed companies visit the campus every year including TCS Infosys Wipro Accenture Cognizant Capgemini Deloitte EY Mindtree LTI Bosch HP Amazon and a few product based startups. Mass recruiters make a large number of offers while product and service based companies offer selective roles. The average package for CSE students usually ranges between 4 to 5 LPA, while the highest package can go above 20 to 25 LPA in exceptional cases depending on the company and role such as software developer or data engineer. Around 75 to 85 percent of CSE students get placed through campus placements. Students who remain unplaced usually pursue higher studies startups off campus jobs or competitive exam preparation. Placement success largely depends on individual effort coding skills internships and communication ability. After completing my degree I plan to work in the software industry to gain practical experience and improve my technical skills. Alongside my job I also plan to upskill in advanced technologies and later consider higher studies or specialized roles depending on career growth.

I would rate the placements at my college as 3 out of 5. Students usually become eligible for campus placements from the sixth or seventh semester, and a few well-known companies do visit the campus every year. The placement cell helps with basic training like resume building and interviews, and many students, especially from IT branches, manage to secure jobs. At the same time, the average salary packages are not very high and top roles are limited, so a lot of students also focus on skill development, off-campus opportunities or higher studies after completing their degree

A Decent Experience

Placement Experience:

Placements at IIIT Bhubaneswar are generally good and improving, especially for students who stay consistent with coding, projects, and internships. In my college, students usually become eligible for campus placements from around the 7th semester (4th year), while many students start getting internship opportunities and pre-placement offers from the 5th–6th semester itself depending on skills. Every year, companies from the software and IT domain visit the campus for roles like Software Developer / SDE, QA, Analyst, Web Developer, and sometimes Data-related roles, and students also get offers through off-campus applications. Some of the common recruiters include companies like TCS, Infosys, Wipro, Cognizant, Accenture, along with product/startup opportunities depending on the year, and multiple students receive more than one offer as well. The highest package and average package vary every year and depend a lot on branch, performance, and market conditions, but overall the college provides decent placement support and training sessions like aptitude, DSA guidance, and interview preparation. The placement percentage is also fairly good for students who actively participate in the placement process, while the rest generally go for higher studies or off-campus roles. After completing my degree, my plan is to either secure a good software developer role through campus/off-campus and build experience, or if I feel more interested academically, I may prepare for higher studies or competitive exams along with improving my skills.

Life at NIST

Placement Experience:

I actually have a very little idea about placements of our uni few seniors says there is not a single company visiting, while few were discussing the highest placement which was something like 20lpa or something,i think companies do visit our campus it may not be much but i have definetly seen one or two companies visiting. I plan to do MBA after my Btech so i am not that serious about whether i am getting placed or not.

My College Life.

Placement Experience:

Students after 5th semester are allowed to get pre placement training. And then from 7th semester onwards students become eligible for campus placements. Companies visited to our college for recruitment are like TCS, Accenture,Zenus, Infosys etc Average package in my college is 8LPA and the highest package of this year is 25LPA. Almost 70 percent students get placement. My plan is to get a job as a Software Engineer in Google with a package of 30LPA.

Campus placement i thik it's in your 4 year of engineering only i.e in your 6 semester. There is a lot of companies visited like jsw ,hindulgo and a lot to go . Jsw provides avg package of INR 12 LPA And it selected only 2 students only. I think girls get placement easily as compared to boys ... companies usually select more female candidates....I think I will go for job rather than doing masters degree.
