I somewhat likes some students who are dedicated towards their future
I like some teachers who really talks very well also interns of personal growth
I got some nice exposure after joining here

Dislikes

Food is very worst in nit kurukshetra I can't eat their food
Late reply,soo negligence they have.they really don't care about children in clg
No proper facilities including good teaching from some teachers

I got into electronics and communication engineering branch in nit kurukshetra which have some decent placements in software and hardware side.Half of the faculty teaches very well and half were like YouTube batches. I believe it's all depends on me like I should prepare on my on for exams at last

We will get very internship opportunities from companies which also don't provide stripend and accamodation atleast in core companies.this was a very big problem for us core people in nit kurukshetra . In software atleast we can get into some small company in times of placement

Placement Experience

Recently our college nit kurukshetra is getting down in nirf ranking and placements also reason can be recession or anything but many companies are not interested to come over for interns this is one of the main problem for us

Fees and Financial Aid

I belong to OBC of income less than 1 lakh so I don't have tution fee but I have sent fee of 16600 for every sem along with hostel and mess fee.i get nsp scholarship of 10k previously which haven't helped in anyway like sc,st students who get total fee from government as scholarship

Campus Life

Campus Life is ok.i don't usually play games so I prefer to roam around market and areas only.infrastructure of nit kurukshetra is also developing day by day.but some departments still need some growth as some acs don't work in class rooms

Hostel Facilities

Hostel faculty are not at all responsible.workers also not at all responsible they don't really care about students sometimes all they just need is their salary.hostel accamodation also quite difficult sometimes during hostel shifting.

Admission

I have given jee mains exam for getting into nit kurukshetra college. I got 98 percentile and rank of less than 1500 in OBC category. Counselling is very easy they provide every information needed and assistance for queries. Also there will be a csab round (special round) for which we have to pay 2k extra along with josaa rounds fee which was 75k for me which includes advance fee for college I have opted

Placement Experience:

Here, the students of the final year are eligible for placements in there respective departments. Basicly many companies visit my college surroundings us which include Wipro, infosis, solatier etc. At least 50 companies visit my college. The highest placement was 22 lpa at Google ang average package is 10 lpa in solatire and other companies . almost 70 percent students get college placement rest apply for off campus and after sometime they also try to fetch jobs. I maily like corporate a lot , so after completing my degree i want to regain a job in any company in gurgaon.

Profitable for new student for choosing their dream college

Placement Experience:

After 6th semester students applicable for placement. Highest placement of second last year is 52 lakh per annum and average 16 lakh. In case no campus placement I have family support in some companies. Approximately 70 percentage students placed.

Course Curriculum Overview:

Special aspects is it has coding and it is related to technology. It prepares us very good for industries and further academic pursuits. Suggested area of improvement is in c++ coding class they teach us only theory not coding. Exams happens in every 2 months.

My college is the best.

Course Curriculum Overview:

The frequency and timings of exam are not so big problem. In one semester there are 2 sessional exams and one end semester exams are taken at the end of the semester. And papers made are not so difficult.

About NIFTEM from my eyes

Placement Experience:

Placements rate is obviously not 100% but we do get companies and out of 150 students only 110 actually sit in the placement cycle and out of these about 70 students do get placed in good companies. The companies that visit consist of mondelez, Adani wilmar, zomato hyper pure, haldiram, loykaa, jubilent, baker's dozen, Lt foods,etc. The highest package goes up to 15 lakhs and average package is around 6-7 lakhs per annum.

It's nice and college is good

Placement Experience:

The placement here is good. Mostly companies arrive in our college to induct students. At the last skill matters. Last year Microsoft came and gave 60 lakh. Student of civil. So in the end we have to learn to code.

My Journey at NIFTEM

Placement Experience:

Campus placements are done in the final year. In the 7th semester, students have to go for a semester-long industrial training. Some students are offered pre-placement offers, and some sit for the placement process. The highest packages have gone upto 8 LPA-10 LPA, in quality/supply chain/management related roles. More than 10-15 companies visit, and almost all of the students get placed. I personally would like to go for higher studies.
