Course Curriculum Overview

Because in chemical engineering we can also explore other domains simultaneously with our college life and dual degrees also provide research opportunities. Faculties are highly qualified and have done their Ph. D.s from renowned institutes in India.

All big companies from tech and consulting visit the campus as DrReddy, Tower, etc. and the stipend offered varies from company to company and person to person which is 56,00,000 for the tower and 1,00,000 for DrReddy.

Placement Experience

In the seventh semester students are eligible for campus placements through OCS whereas they are eligible for internships in the fifth semester. All big tech and consulting companies visit the campus and make a good number of offers.

Fees and Financial Aid

Here at the Indian Institute of Technology Delhi fees are comparatively very high as compared to any other government engineering college, whereas the government also provide scholarship to provide financial aid. The fee is around 240000.

Campus Life

Annual fest-Rendezvous (RDV) in October, Tech fest-Tryst in March. The library in IIT Delhi is one of the best libraries having all types of books from engineering to UPSC. The sports culture at IIT is also very good, General Championship is conducted every year.

Hostel Facilities

24×7 WiFi accessibility, LAN and WAN both. A meal rich in carbohydrates and protein with a sweet in the dinner, night mess is also available with each hostel. The registration process for a hostel is through the IIT Delhi portal.

Hostel Fee: INR 70000 per year

Admission

Minimum aggregate of 75% in class 12 in PCM. Jee Advanced official websites, after the successful conduction of JEE Mains. Standard reservation quota all over India. No such requirements as the admission process is completely fair.

Course Curriculum Overview:

Btech cse course curriculum is very good ... but there are few thing we need to notice .... in 1st sem ... there are many subject which is not required as a cse student ... it is just a waste of a year .... students can learn better coding in that 1 year .

Course Curriculum Overview:

Course Curriculum for ECE in my clg is quite up to date and comprehensive, covering both core subjects and emerging areas of technology, which was a major factor in my decision to choose this branch. Course has a balanced theory with practical exposure, supported by great faculties guidance and well-maintained lab conditions. Also you get to choose the type of minor or specilaization you want to pursue after 1st year. Exams are conducted regularly after each semester, and levels are same as any engineering college would have.

Summary of IIT-D

Placement Experience:

The placements are in good terms, many students get a placement with nice package. Students become eligible for campus placements from 3rd Semester. TCS made about 7 offers as far as I know. One can expect the highest package of 2.5crore and an average of 200000. About 80% of students gets placement because of the skills they learned wheres the rest 20% are only at college to do mischievous acts. After getting the degree, I will find a job and then after enough capital I will start my own startup.

Course Curriculum Overview:

The frequency of the exams is 2 times a year once in the month of December and once in the month of May. Internal exams (tests) are conducted in between to continuously evaluate you during the course. According to me, the exam should be conducted before itself, so that we can get more time for internship opportunities.

This college has a great placement. 80% of students do place every year. If you got no placement then they will give you the opportunity to start the startup. starting the 4th year you get the placement and opportunities. this college visits many companies like Amazon HCL Flipkart etc. this college's highest package is 26 LPA and the average package is 10.5 LPA. 80% of students get placed. my plan is after taking the degree I will start my startup.

I chose IIT Delhi because it has the best faculties and a strong alumni network. Besides this the research aspects here are better than other colleges.
